Tragedy

For the first time in her life, Amelia felt true fear. This was a fear that paralyzed her from head to toe. It seeped into her mind and heart. She could not think. All she could see were the two young men standing over her. These two had played with her when she was still a child... They had grown up together, and before they became addicted to drugs, she had even had a crush on Carl. This was before his teeth yellowed and he became as thin as a skeleton.

Amelia could feel the pain moving through her head. She was bleeding out, and yet death did not scare her. She kept on thinking about her sister, who would be left all alone. Charlotte was too old to adopt, and the foster system would only be hell for her.

She could see the desire that was bubbling within the eyes of the two young men, and yet this also did not scare her.

She knew that she had to get to the hospital as fast as she could if she were to have even the slightest chance at survival.

Just from looking at Carl, who was already moving towards her, she knew that these two would not be calling for help.

She knew that her chances of survival were reducing with each passing second, and yet she could do nothing but lay on the filthy ground.

"We shouldn't," Steve said.

His words were not convincing at all.

Carl pushed him to the side.

"Make sure no one interrupts," he said in a coarse voice filled with a selfishness that could only be found in the lowliest of scum.

Steve was the oldest of the two, but he was submissive to his brother. He did as told and moved to the corner of the alley.

He heard clothes being torn, and he could not stop himself from peeking.

In the alley, Carl made quick work of Amelia's clothes. Amelia was already weakened from all the blood loss, but she still found strength at this moment. She had thought that she did not care about this and that all that mattered was her survival for her sister's sake, but she now understood that she cared. She was a brilliant girl. She understood that this burst of power would not last. She maximized it by kicking Carl right in the balls.

She used all her power.

Carl looked at the cloudy sky with his mouth wide open. He felt so much pain that he could not produce a single sound. When Steve saw this, he felt the pain that his brother had to be going through. The thought that his brother deserved this did not even cross his mind. He rushed back into the alley, and just when Amelia was getting to her feet, he slapped her hard across the face. Even though Steve was a drug addict, he was still powerful enough to slap Amelia into unconsciousness. After all, Amelia was already out of it.

Amelia woke up about ten minutes later, and the first thing she felt was great pain from her lower body. She then saw Steve on top of her. He was covered in sweat and was breathing heavily.

She could feel him inside her, and she immediately knew that all had been lost. She tried to move her body, but she was already on the verge of death. It was already a miracle that she had regained consciousness with how much blood she had lost.

Steve saw her eyes open, and for a second, he felt great shame, but this shame was soon overtaken by his unending desire for her.

Amelia could do nothing.

Right now, she gave up on any thoughts of saving anything from these two beasts. She only hoped that they would let her live after this. Even though she knew that this was very unlikely—since she knew who they were and could easily bring the law down on them—she still hoped that their drug-corroded brains would lead them astray and they would leave her alive. She closed her eyes and prayed to God.

A few minutes later, she felt Steve pull out of her.

"It is finally my turn. I wanted to take her first time, but she just had to kick my balls. I will put her in her place," she heard Carl say, and a few seconds later, she felt him inside her.

At this point, she stopped praying for God to show her mercy and let her live. She prayed to any god out there to save her. She hoped for anything to see the injustice in this place and save her.

When Carl turned her over and began sodomizing her, she stopped praying to the gods and hoped that the devil would have pity on her poor soul.

When all her prayers went unanswered, she began hoping for a quick death.

After about thirty minutes, she heard the two beasts walking away from her.

"We should kill her." When she heard Carl say this, she understood that everything was about to come to an end.

"I hope Charlotte gets a good family."

This was the last thought that passed through her mind before her head was crushed by a boulder.

The moment she was killed, a cold wind blew through the world, and the entire town felt this coldness. Those that were more sensitive to the forces beyond felt this coldness even more clearly. They could feel a change in the world, and they were not the only ones.

"What is this!!!" exclaimed Hildr.

She was in the Draugr Domain, all the way on Lemuria, and yet she still felt this change in the world.

"What is the problem?" Her father was startled by her scream.

The two had been talking about the Crown of the Endless when Hildr suddenly cried out. Even the other people in the hall were shaken by her scream. None of them had felt the change in the world, and yet for Hildr, this change was no different from the heavens being flipped.

She had a feeling that something impossible was about to happen.
