Chapter - 26 Pewter City
With Ash, Misty, and Yellow riding on Pidgeot toward Pewter City, it didn't take long to arrive thanks to Pidgeot's speed.
Once they landed, the three of them got down, and Ash returned Pidgeot to its Poké Ball. They began talking to each other while Yellow excitedly climbed onto a stone, gazing at the city. Misty sighed with relief.
"Ugh, we're finally out of that damn forest..."
Just then, a voice startled them.
"Pewter City is gray — the color of stones. This city has always been famous for its stones."
Misty quickly stepped behind Ash and whispered, "What's wrong with that old man? Do you know him, Ash?"
Ash already knew who the man was but decided not to say anything. He simply replied, "No way. How would I know?"
The man continued, "I'm just a businessman. Your friend is currently standing on my merchandise."
"Oo—Oh! Sorry!" Yellow said quickly, hopping down from the rock.
After that, Misty asked, "So, you sell stones, huh? Old man?"
The man looked at Ash and said, "Hey, do you want some stones too? I've got lots of them — different colors as well."
Ash paused, thinking. Since no one knows about Mega Evolution stones yet, cities like this might be where they show up... but it'll take time. I should probably create an organization or something to handle these kinds of things.

"Then we'll see some of your stones later," Ash said, crossing his arms. "But wait until after I beat the Gym. I'll come to you."
"Beating the Pewter City Gym Leader, huh?" the old man asked, raising a brow. "You here to challenge Brock? You seem pretty capable… maybe you can actually beat him."
"Of course, old man! I want to become a Pokémon Master. There'll be even more challenges ahead — this is nothing."
[A/N: Don't call Brock a small fry in front of his father, bro.]
The old man — Flint — watched Ash and his companions for a moment, then smiled. "Your friends look tired. Let's go to the Pokémon Center. I'll show you the way. Come along."
As they followed, Yellow leaned over and whispered to Misty, "Despite his appearance… he seems like a pretty nice person."
Misty narrowed her eyes slightly. "Are you sure?" she whispered back.
Suddenly, Flint spoke up, "By the way, I'll be charging 50 Pokédollars for the time I'm taking away from my business."
[A/N: The fuck, old man? No one even bought a stone from you! How can you charge money!?]
Misty and Yellow sighed at once, clearly regretting their judgment. Ash just chuckled and asked, "Hey, old man — you know the Pewter City Gym Leader or something? You keep talking like he's a big deal."
The old man — Flint — froze for a second before replying, "Haha, it's just… Brock is Pewter City's pride. Everyone knows about him. Nothing much, haha." He then quickly picked up his pace.
Misty and Yellow exchanged a glance and nodded slightly. Something felt suspicious. But when they looked at Ash, who seemed completely relaxed, they decided not to overthink it and continued walking.

They arrived at the Pewter City Pokémon Center. Ash, Misty, and Yellow found a quiet corner away from the crowd and sat down, chatting about their Pokémon.
Misty turned to Yellow with a curious smile. "So, what Pokémon did your uncle give you? Let's check them out!"
Yellow was just as curious. She opened her Poké Balls one by one. Came out her Doduo (Dody), and the Nidoran♀ that Ash had given her. Then appeared a Caterpie, a Rattata, and a Geodude.
To their surprise, the Geodude immediately gave Yellow a friendly nod, clearly recognizing her.
Yellow gasped. "Oh wow! It's you, Gravvy!" she said, calling the Geodude by the nickname she had given it in the past.
She then smiled and called out the rest by name:
"(?) [A/N:- Give a nickname for nidoran f ] ," she said to the Nidoran♀, "Ratty, and kitty," she added, referring to Rattata and Caterpie respectively.
Misty blinked. "You gave them all nicknames?"
Yellow nodded proudly. "Of course! They're my friends, not just Pokémon!"
Yellow said to them softly, "Don't worry, I'll take care of you all," and gently returned each of her Pokémon to their Poké Balls.
Then Misty smiled and reached for her own Poké Balls. "Guess I'll introduce my team too," she said.
She released her Pokemons too :
Starmie, spinning elegantly as it appeared with a flash of light.
Goldeen, who splashed lightly in the water tank of the Pokemon centre.
Staryu, letting out its signature "Hyaa!"
Yellow watched with wide eyes. "Wow, you've got a whole water squad!"
Misty nodded proudly. "Of course — I'm a Water-type specialist, after all." [ A/N :- for now she only had these three Pokemons right or I forgot someone? ]
Ash crossed his arms, smirking. "You two should spar with me it would be a good training for all of us "
Misty nodded saying its a plan. Although yellow doesn't like fighting her Pokemons mindset is different she knows they would want to fight so she also agreed.
Misty took back her Pokemons in her Pokeballs.
Ash also took out his Pokemons -
Eevee came out and jumped in Ash's shoulder. "Vui vui vee "
Pigdeot and Arbok are too big so he didn't took them out.
Pikachu was already on his other shoulder.
Poliwhirl came out flexing his muscles with different poses.
Spearow snorted haughtily.
Metapod (still resting preparing for evolution)
Weedle came out ash gave him some Pokeblocks after eating the food it was satisfied.
Scyther just nodded like a trained ninja awaiting orders .

Well they were busy.
When Ash called out to them . All of them stood at attention. You can tell by their looks that they were trained well.
Some people watching his Pokemons with fascination decided to ask for a Pokemon battle later .
He took them back and went to nurse Joy for a check up. Handing her the Pokeballs on a tray plus Pikachu sitting on it.
Nurse Joy smiled warmly as she took the Poké Balls. "We'll take care of them—don't worry!"
"Huh? Nurse Joy?" Misty blinked. "Weren't you in Viridian City!?"
Ash turned to her, arms crossed casually. "Well, all the Nurse Joys look the same… but they're different."
Nurse Joy chuckled. "That's right! We're all cousins. It's a family tradition to work at Pokémon Centers."
Yellow leaned toward Misty and whispered, "Do you think they ever get confused about who's who at family reunions?"
Misty just gave a half-laugh, still trying to wrap her head around it. "This is something maybe only they know."
Nurse Joy: "By the way you are Ash and Misty right? I know you. My sister told me how you defeated Team Rocket and saved the Pokemons .
Please. Wait I will be back in a while ."
Ash looked at the poster on the wall , [Pokemon Regional Tournament]🎉🎉
Yellow looked at it Misty explained to her that in order to participate in this tournament first the trainer has to fight different kanto gyms and earn their badges after collecting eight badges you are allowed to participate.
Yellow just nodded she wasn't interested in fighting for now atleast.

We have to move up in the rankings too last time I checked it was 155 or something so give me more power stones
