Alright, let's see if the basic CurseHBless, the one those fairy-like goddesses believe in, works. Yup, the curse they thought was useless when I first explained it—a disposable curse like reducing Attack to boost Attack. Why would anyone bother with that!!

Can I slap it onto this fake body? (Even if I can't, I've got another sneaky trick up my sleeve.)

And it worked!!!!!! Dropping my level and leveling back up refilled my HP and MP to full!!! That's the logic of this system-world! And the skill's MP drain kicked right back in! I'm saved!!!

Plus, I got a free stat reset! Hurry, dump it all into Wis first!! 5 points!

The gatekeeper big brother sprinted out of the caravan, looking left and right before rushing to talk to some villagers heading back to town. I seized the moment when their shadows overlapped, jumping from his shadow to one of the villagers' instead.

And he kept running, still searching for me…

I made it!! Everyone, I made it! Escaped from getting violated and from the goddesses figuring out my power's totally broken!

Alright, when my MP got low again while the villagers hadn't walked far enough, I used CurseHBless again: Reduce EXP by 2 to gain 1 EXP. Leveled up once more, dumped 5 more points into Wis, and refilled my MP to 25/25!

Finally, as we neared the city, I quickly hopped my shadow to a tree, waited a bit, then popped out and sprinted straight to the city's adventurer guild to ask for help!

"Urk, that guy… Never thought he'd use that to escape… Tch… Guess I gotta give props to your guy this time… Not fun at all, ugh, I'm out."

"So, Freeze, how's that guy doing!? Is Miss Plum still getting sent to collect dung?"

"Tch… As if! That guy knows how to play the system and used that power like a damn pro. Damn it!"
