Drego
"Yeah. Her and Christine. They're dancing."
I looked at Reid, who raised his hand, his glass almost spilling its content, "Don't look at me. I didn't know they were here. This is all Caesar."
My attention was back on Caesar who, though I was glaring at him, refused to stop smiling.
I sighed, not bothering to talk to him anymore.
I forcefully threw the purse at him and he caught it, a smirk on his face. "Where are you off to? You won't be able to find them in that crowd." He said as I began to walk out of the lounge.
"He's right, man. Just wait for her here..." Reid shouted, his voice drowning in the music. I'd gone too far out to hear the rest.
I moved so quickly to the dance floor, I was almost running.
The music was loud, and since it was almost eleven, more people had arrived. Bodies were hitting bodies, the smell of sweat and alcohol hitting my nose as I tried to move through the crowd without navigation.
