The Den of Fox Pack

“I felt bad. Every time I pass by this flower bed it makes my thoughts even more heavy,” said Feire, a gentle wind that greeted her, seemed to make Feire's heart flutter even more.

Her wings flew weaker every time her uneasy feelings appeared. Her mind flashed to the friendly relationship with the fox pack.

A decision was made, Feire flapped her wings faster to catch up with the other fairies. She was now in front of a group of fairies, she turned her body to face the fairies who were part of her group.

“I am forced to stop your journey temporarily. There's something I want to say to you,” Feire said to her fairy group.

The fairy group she was facing showed a confused expression. Their eyebrows were furrowed deeply, and their gaze seemed wary of what Feire would say.

“I have a bad feeling regarding our friendly relationship with the fox pack. I have to meet the foxes now, do you have any objections to my decision?” asked Feire to her fairy group.

The fairies shook their heads. Their faces that looked confused now became better. It seemed that the fairies had begun to understand what Feire was talking about. But, a fairy with shorter hair appeared behind the crowd of other fairies.

“Should I accompany you there, Feire? I was worried about you taking the journey to the fox's den. It seems like it would be a long way if you went alone,” said the fairy with shorter hair.

“No need, Feyrie. I can fly there myself,” Feire said to the fairy with shorter hair.

The fairy known as Feyrie removed her hand from Feire. Even though her face still showed anxiety, Feyrie finally smiled. She released Feire to fly alone to the fox's den.

Feire looked at Feyrie who seemed reluctant to let go. With awareness, Feire smiled in front of Feyrie. That smile that seemed reassuring somehow implied hesitation.

“I'll go now. I hope I bring good news to convey to you all,” said Feire, after that she turned her back from Feyrie.

Feire flapped her wings quickly until she finally flew up into the sky. Along the way to the fox's den, she passed through various field conditions. Starting from passing through winding rivers with fast flowing water to meadows full of flowers.

Feire's wings were still flapping strongly. She wasn't tired, and decided not to rest. Now she has to pass through roads full of dead wood.

She now in the dead forests. Forests filled with dry vegetation and barren land. After leaving the dead forest, Feire continued her journey towards a wide expanse of grassland. There was nothing but herds of deer and lions.

“Finally, I had arrived at the den of the fox herd. My struggle was successful,” said Feire, now she was in the fox's den area. Big rocks and steep cliffs greeted her arrival. Feire continued to fly over rocks and tall elm trees. She entered the tunnel that connected to the world of the foxes.

She was out of the tunnel. In front of her eyes, a stone-built mansion stood majestically and tall. That's where the fox pack lives.

“I have arrived. But it seems impossible to get in,” said Feire, she looked shaking and paused for a moment to gather courage.

Feire could see along the entrance way to the mansion was a pack of foxes. Feire looked anxious, afraid that her arrival was not accepted.

“I have to go in there. If not, it would be a waste of me getting here,” Feire said. Until in front of the main door of the mansion, a fox with a large body stood in front of Feire. He is Raoul.

“You, fairies. What is your purpose for coming to our pack house?” Raoul said, he questioned Feire's purpose in coming.

“I have come to meet the leader of your pack. Let me go in and meet him, there's something I want to talk about,” Feire said, explaining the purpose of her visit.

“Rowel was inside resting by the fireplace. He was calming his turbulent heart. You also know that if something unpleasant happens between us,” Raoul said, he made Feire aware of today's bad events.

“I know. That's why I came to apologize. I can't get a messenger to convey my apology,” Feire said, she said it in a sad voice.

“Sounds heavy. For our pack and your people. But, if your aim is good, then let me take you in,” said Raoul, he lowered his voice in front of Feire.

“Thank You,” Feire said briefly.

Raoul invited Feire to enter the mansion. The pack house felt so big and enough to accommodate several packs of foxes. As she went inside, Feire felt she was being watched by a pack of foxes.

“There Rowel. You can approach him, just don't startle him. He's quite sensitive today,” Raoul said, he showed Feire Rowel's whereabouts.

“Thank you for taking me,” Feire said to Raoul.

After Raoul left, Feire approached Rowel. It was only when she was near Rowel that Feire knew how disappointed the fox leader was at the moment.

“I came to meet you. Leader of the fox pack,” Feire said as a conversation starter between them.

Rowel swallowed hard, he felt disappointed and bitter when he saw the fairies in front of him. Even so, he still bowed to show respect to Feire.

“I know you will definitely quickly take action. So that misunderstandings between us don't last too long,” Rowel said, he gave a response to Feire.

Feire swallowed bitterly, she had never seen such a disappointed look on the fox leader's face. In front of her eyes, it was clear that the fox leader had a very withered look in his eyes.

“Of course I came, I don't want any misunderstandings to occur between us and our race,” Feire said to Rowel.

Even though her body was shaking and there was fear in her heart, it didn't make Feire back down. “Yes, I came to apologize to you and the pack of foxes. For this unpleasant incident dawn. I hope you and your pack can forgive my fairies nation,” Feire said, she firmly apologized to Rowel.
