Greetings, dear readers! My name is Fazzzy, and I am the author of this novella. Real name — Nikita, age — 20. I don't consider myself a writer yet. Maybe after I've written Chapter 1000, I'll finally add that profession to my bio, though only as a beginner writer. Why I Write? This is just an experiment that got out of hand. I originally started writing the novella to give my brain a break from my main work and train my discipline by writing every day. How many chapters are planned? Overall, there's a lot of story here — I think it's around 500 chapters.
Overall, I really enjoy this story. The main character Kael is a truly compelling figure. His actions are easy to understand, and true to the dark fantasy genre, the story doesn’t hold back when it comes to secondary characters. I like the plot, as well as both the main and supporting cast. It’s great how the characters' decisions always feel grounded, there’s a reason behind everything they do, and that adds a lot of depth. You can tell the author puts effort not just into the protagonist, but into the side characters too.
Absolutely a fantastic piece. It’s a solid dark fantasy where the main character struggles to stay human fighting not to turn into a cold, unfeeling weapon. He does his best to be kind… to anyone who isn’t an enemy. Enemies? He dices them without hesitation. Now, to some people used to cookie-cutter villains and edgy antiheroes, the protagonist might seem too compassionate but let’s not forget: he’s half-undead. And he hates it. He wants to go back [img=sad]to his world, to his life, to the warm body with a beating heart that was stolen from him. And as for romance? It’s not off the table… but if it happens, he’ll have to fight hard for it.
This novel is amazing. I got so hooked that I kept reading without stopping it’s the best original work what I read in few mounth! The writing, the pacing, the characters it all just great. I’m seriously considering getting a subscription just to keep following the updates. Definitely worth reading!
A good novel, I'd even say "excellent" if not for a few minor drawbacks. The main character is compelling and engaging, making it easy to get invested in his journey and future adventures. There are also plenty of well-written supporting characters that you can quickly grow attached to.
