The Potrait

Lily was looking at Lucien. She was waiting for him to say something, but he was oddly silent. She was looking at him to see what he was going to say to her. But he remained quiet, making the air feel a bit dense for Lily to handle.

"I am not in the mood to exchange words with you, I know you went to talk to a friend and there is no way you would even think of doing something stupid while there with her," Lucien said as he took a sip from the cup in front of him, he was not trying to make anything hard for Lily in any way he was only thinking of a way to avoid more conflict.

"All I would tell is be careful when talking to Eric and the others, you were lucky I walked in," Lucien said as he dropped the cup, running his hand through his hair. It was not like he would be able to explain everything there.

'He was the lucky one,' Lily thought to herself as she resisted the urge to roll her eyes. She didn't know why he was saying all that to her.

"But you see, I am happy you stood up for yourself there," Lucien said, catching Lily by surprise.

Lily was looking at him, she had a huge bulge of hate in her mind, there was nothing she had seen since to make him look like the monster she thought he was in any way.

'He is acting like some kind of good human being, but I know he is nothing but a monster.' Lily walked past Lucien and headed to the restroom. She was trying to get her mind off what had happened earlier.

After all she had seen, she knew that there was no way Eric would be letting her walk free, and he was the only family member aside from Granny Ophelia she had met. So it was going to be hard work for her to even think of a way out of the whole situation.

"I know there is a chance that the rest might be part of the gangs, and they are all dangerous, so I will have to be more careful than others when I am trying to make sure that the mission won't be a bust." Lily thought to herself, she walked out of the restroom room walking into a sight she had not thought to bump into.

Lucien had taken off his shirt, he was trying to change into something a bit comfortable for him. All Lily could see were his well-chiseled muscles, making him look like a demigod. There were scars all around his body, making him look seven times hotter than anyone she would have imagined to see, then there was an odd tattoo on his back. It was that of a blade and a dragon.

Lucien paused when he felt that there was someone looking at him. He was not going to waste his time there, but he was going to make sure that something was going to happen to make her feel a bit off.

"Why not take a picture? It will last longer," Lucien said as he turned, revealing a set of well-toned abs to Lily.

Lily was a bit flustered when she heard what he said. She tried to hide her face when she noticed that it was turning red. "What in the world do you mean by that?" Lily asked, trying to hide her face from Lucien, but he was coming close to her.

"Oh, acting like you weren't looking at my body a few seconds ago," Lucien reached Lily, he bent over close to her ear. "You know, you are yet to fulfill your wifely duties. Granny wants little flowers around the house soon."

Hearing Lucien's words, Lily's face lit up like a tomato; she couldn't hide the fact that she was flustered to the core. She turned to look at Lucien, she could see the smile on his face showing that he was happy that he had made her a bit flustered.

'Now isn't he quite the smooth talker?' Lily said as she watched him walk into the bathroom to get a shower. She didn't know why, but his being close to her was a bit calming. He had the scent of a beautiful rose garden, it was like a well-designed trap for her, she was going to fight all the urge to fall for it.

She looked around and saw that he was going to be spending a long time inside the shower, so she knew that it would be the best time to plan her first mission and make sure she would take care of it.

Lily sat down on the chair as she pulled out her phone, she opened her email box to see that all the names she was meant to take down had been delivered there in a check box, helping her see what she was going to be doing.

'So the first gang I will be taking out will be the Billy Boy Family, a band of stupid-looking mafia wannabes that do nothing but traffic young girls. I need to know when I would be able to handle them. From what I am seeing, they are the ones with fewer problems, so it will not be that much of a headache for me.' Lily was looking at the list, she decided to make sure that there was no way she would miss the chance to make sure that she would take them out once and for all.

Lily knew that she was going to wait for the perfect moment to walk out of the place to be able to find their lair; she had a coordinated map that would lead her to the place where she was meant to start her mission.

"I don't know if there is going to be a chance for me to step out of this place without them spotting me," Lily said as she stood up. She was going to explore the mansion and make sure that there was no mistake there.

Lily walked out of the room, She was a bit confused. Aside from the living room and Lucien's Room, she had not gone anywhere else in the house. She was looking around, trying to make sure that there was nothing that would be a hindrance to her. She found an odd passage, and she could see that there were pictures on the wall.

She walked down, looking around. She could see that there was a picture of Granny Ophelia with the family members. Lily looked at it and saw that there were lots of portraits hanging there. She was fascinated, she turned and saw A massive portrait.

It was a picture of Granny Ophelia, but she was holding two boys. The boy looked like Lucien, he had white and black hair. But the other boy's face was scratched up, making it hard for anyone to see who he was.

'Who in the world is that?' Lily was looking at the picture, trying to find out who it was she was looking at.
