Waiting for the mastermind

Sitting in the car, Tiffany looked straight ahead and said something, then asked Jennifer beside her: "Have you arranged everything? If Lambert goes to find Mia halfway, then all our efforts will be in vain."

"Don't worry, I have already made arrangements. The company's affairs are enough to keep him busy for several days. Unless he doesn't want the R&D department, I want to see whether Mia is more important to him or the R&D department." Jennifer smiled sinisterly, her mouth twitched a few times, and continued: "Drive."

Their car drove on the neon road, and there was another car behind them. It was full of people Tiffany asked Jennifer to find. If Mia is not killed today, she will be crippled. Let's see what she can use to compete with herself.

The car was moving fast on the road. It was the rush hour after work. It took two and a half hours for the car to stop outside the bar. People came and went, and it was very crowded.

"I wonder if she's gone? We've been delayed on the road for more than an hour." Tiffany looked at the time impatiently and asked with a frown.

"It's not that simple. Just send someone to check and we'll know." Jennifer was calm. She wore a hat that covered most of her face. She looked out the window at the door of the bar and took out her cell phone.

She called the people in the car behind her and the call was connected: "Two of you go and see if Mia is still inside? Report any situation at any time."

"Okay, ma'am, we'll do it right away." The man's obedient voice came from the phone. Jennifer hung up the phone with satisfaction and waited for good news.

The two men jumped out of the car, both wearing black caps with the brim pressed low to cover their eyes, and walked into the bar shoulder to shoulder with their feet outward.

In the midst of the feasting and drinking, they asked the waiter about Mia's location and ordered two bottles of fine red wine. Each of them held a bottle in his hand and said to the waiter, "Put it on Mrs. Garcia's account. We were invited by Mrs. Garcia."

"This..." The waiter was in a dilemma. Mia was alone when she came.

"What? Don't you understand what we say?" The man shook his fist in front of the waiter with a clattering sound. The waiter dared not stop him anymore.

After successfully escaping from the man, the waiter ran to Mia's private room. When he was about to knock on the door and report the situation, he was grabbed by the collar from behind and thrown out fiercely. He hit the wall and the things in his hands fell to the ground.

"You are bullying too much. Do you know whose territory this is?" The waiter cried and got up from the ground, saying threatening words, but still without momentum.

The two men ignored it and kicked the door of the private room open, holding empty bottles in their hands.

"Are you Mia?" The man walked to the side of the table, raised his feet and put them on the table, looking down at Mia and the client, who was holding a delicate woman in his arms.

The other man, with a sly look, pulled the woman in the client's arms up, hugged her in his arms, and kissed the woman's face in front of Mia and the client.

"How dare you." Mia yelled, slapped the table angrily, stood up, and poured a glass of wine directly on the man holding the woman.

"Let go." She looked at the man with a fierce look in her eyes, and the two words she said seemed to weigh tens of millions of pounds.

The man trembled involuntarily and was about to let go subconsciously, but was stopped by another man, "Who is she to you? Do you listen to her fart?"

"Mia, when will you pay us the money we owe you? You are playing with men here, have you ever considered the lives of us low-level people?" The man swore, which was unbearable to hear, "You ignored me after I bought out the project, and you get out of City A if you don't have the ability. Do you really think you are a big shot? It is only because Mr. Wenshte has not officially divorced you that you can walk sideways here, otherwise, you are nothing."

"Little brother, you will play with this stinky woman to death in front of her, and see what she can do to you?" The man was arrogant and said something extremely unpleasant, vowing to anger Mia.

"Very good, I have seen many people who speak arrogantly, but I have never seen someone who is not afraid of death like you." Mia's mouth twitched, and her palm was clenched into a fist. Before the man could react, she had already punched the man in the mouth.

Then, she grabbed the bottle on the table and smashed it towards the man's face. The bottle instantly broke into several pieces. She pinched the part in her hand and stabbed it into the man's leg. Then she pulled it out, and the bloody fragments were against the man's face.

"If I just move lightly, your face will be broken from the corner of your mouth to your ears. Aren't you afraid of death? You dare to say anything and put all the dirty things on me? Tell me, who sent you?" As she spoke, the fragments were forced into the man's mouth. Mia grabbed the man's collar and pressed her knee against the man's stomach.

He didn't dare to scream, but could only endure the pain, open his mouth, and whimper a few times.

The younger brother quickly let go of the woman in his arms and knelt on the ground. He was so scared that he was sweating all over, trembling, and couldn't speak clearly.

"Mrs. Garcia, we were just obsessed for a moment, thinking that you were talking to a client, so we came up and made some money. We really were not instructed by anyone. Sorry, Mrs. Garcia." The younger brother knelt on the ground and kowtowed to Mia, completely forgetting what Jennifer had told him.

He didn't dare to betray Jennifer. One was powerful and the other was ruthless. They couldn't afford to offend either of them. They had to think of a foolproof way to escape.

"Oh, really?" Mia asked meaningfully, pushed the man in front of her away, and threw the fragments on the man. The force was too strong, and the fragments pierced into the man's arm, causing him to scream in pain.

"How did you know me?" Mia walked up to the younger brother and asked. Her imposing manner was so powerful that it made people feel suffocated, as if the entire dark sky was pressing on him alone.

"Boss, please forgive us. We really know we are wrong."

"Get up first." Mia said. The younger brother dared not disobey. He just stood up and before he could ask her what she wanted to do, she kicked him hard in the lower body with her high-heeled shoes. He fell to the ground and wailed several times in pain.

"You dare to do it to my client's girlfriend. You still don't tell the truth when you are about to die. Then we will wait and see who can stand it." Mia was not in a hurry. She helped the woman up and sent her back to the client's arms.

At this time, the man's mobile phone on the ground rang. The man took it out tremblingly. It was a call from Jennifer.

Mia stared at it intently, holding a glass of red wine and sipping it twice.
