Owen Colt didn’t ask to be reincarnated.

Armed with nothing but the memories of a past life and a burning will not to die as cannon fodder, Owen made the only choice he could: train, harden himself, and survive.

Because he knew that once caped gods started falling from the sky, the first to die would be the regular soldiers.

Quick Note: Yes, he will have superpowers. The story is based on the MCU, but I’ll be incorporating elements from the comics too, including certain heroes. I have no intention of making this a harem—unless explicitly requested. At most, the protagonist won’t have a fixed partner, but rather a “friends with benefits” type of relationship.

Don't judge me, I love Harry Potter. Depending on how many Power Stones each one gets, that story will take priority for the week. A competition between my own novels—am I insane? Maybe? ok, so you said it wont be harem, yet said he will at most just wont have a fixed relationship? What does that mean? If anything, having a bunch of, "friends with benefits," is worse than a harem, since there would be no pursuing the connection between people. Are you just saying the story has no romance, or that he is gonna cheat or what?
At this point, I’m tired seeing of seeing an MC in Marvel fanfic becoming superhero. There’s bunch of them and most of them have repetitive story. So yeah, a military focused soldier is what I need right now.
I'm hoping the story will be a Marvel version of William Lennox (Transformers). Big threats, rocket launcher, ancient robot, rocket launcher. I'm more interested in this story than Sugar Momy Wanda Potter. It looks pretty good so far.
There were already nine reviews, so I figured it was time to push it into double digits. As prasanna10 pointed out, original books have become rare on this site. It wasn’t like this a few years ago, but sadly, that’s the reality now. With the rise of ai and easy translation tools, it’s just how things are. As for this book, from pacing to writing, everything looks solid so far. The only issue is the slow updates. Only 17 chapters are out right now, so there’s not enough material to fully judge the story. I can’t call the author a genius yet when most of the story hasn't even unfolded. Still, I’m getting a good feeling from this one.
After a long time, I'm writing this review. It's always a pleasure when an enthusiastic author, writes og fanfic, and not Just some translation. no offense to the translators, some are good but I always liked the og fanfics. Now about the story, it's really nice. The start was quite realistic, and the excitement is picking up nicely. I hope the author will keep up, because I really appreciate these kinds of stories.

ok, this is interesting, but i wonder what powers he's gonna get? i hope he gets an enhancement superpower: condition. that has the potential for growth, it would fit him (e.g. he can continue to train via physical/spiritual/mental conditioning until he hits absolute condition, depending of how he achieves it, of course, he'll have to earn it)
