Chapter 2:
The next day, Lindsay struggled to find her Management class. She wandered the halls, asking for directions, but everyone seemed too busy to help. Frustrated, she let out a loud scream, and the hallway fell silent. All eyes turned to her, and she smiled sweetly, "Does anyone know where the Management class is?" The students pointed, and she graciously walked towards her class.
As she entered, she chose a seat at the back, trying to blend in. But then, a boy named Dominic walked in, wearing all black - a sleek leather jacket, dark jeans, and black combat boots. His hair was messy, and his piercing blue eyes scanned the room. Lindsay was caught off guard, lost in his gaze. Their eyes met, but he quickly looked away, leaving her breathless.
The class began, and Lindsay tried to focus, but her attention kept drifting to Dominic. She couldn't concentrate on the lesson, her mind racing with thoughts of the mysterious boy.
After class, a girl named Wendy approached Lindsay, flanked by her friends. Wendy hit Lindsay's desk, saying, "Hey, I don't like to stray from my path." It was clear that Wendy felt threatened by Lindsay's beauty. Lindsay, with a crazy, psycho smile, replied, "Oh, I'm not on your path, darling. I'm creating my own."
Wendy sneered, "You think you're special, don't you? Well, let me tell you, you're not." Lindsay leaned in, her voice low and menacing, "I don't think I'm special, Wendy. I know I'm special. And you're just jealous."
The confrontation ended with Wendy storming off, leaving Lindsay feeling victorious but shaken. She couldn't deny the connection she felt with Dominic, and she wondered if she'd see him again.
