Chapter 95

I sat in my air-conditioned class, the cool breeze a welcome respite from the sweltering heat outside. As I listened to the teacher's monotone drone, I scribbled notes furiously, trying to capture every detail. My handwriting was messy, but I didn't care – I just needed to get the information down.
As I wrote,i suddenly chuckled as i rembered racy, and the "punishment" I'd given her that morning. I hadn't woken her up, leaving her to sleep through her alarm and potentially miss class. I smiled to myself, imagining her frantic expression when she realized she'd overslept.
It was a petty move, but I'd had enough of her snoring keeping me up all night. I wasn't about to let her disrupt my own routine again. I chuckled inwardly, picturing her scrambling to get ready and rushing to class, probably late.
The teacher's voice droned on, but I tuned back in, refocusing on the lesson. My notes were a mess, but I'd sort them out later. For now, I was content to sit back, let the air conditioning wash over me.

---Racy's feet pounded the hallway floor in a frantic rhythm, her breath coming in ragged gasps as she sprinted towards her class. She combed her hair with her fingers, the tangled locks a testament to her haste. Students passing by her couldn't help but stare, their curious glances following her as she rushed down the corridor. But Racy didn't notice; she was too focused on getting to class.
As she burst through the classroom door, the teacher's stern gaze met hers, his expression unyielding. Racy murmured a hasty greeting, hoping to deflect his attention, but the teacher's words cut her off with unforgiving precision. "Student!" he called out, his voice firm and authoritative. Racy's eyes dropped as she turned to face him, her heart sinking.
"Leave my class," he said, his tone brooking no argument. Racy's face fell as she turned to leave, her eyes welling up with frustration and disappointment. She couldn't believe she'd overslept and missed the start of class.
As she walked out of the classroom, Racy's fingers flew across her phone's keyboard, typing out a furious message to Sarah. "You are so dead!" she typed, her anger and frustration simmering just below the surface.

The soft strains of music wafted through the air, drawing Chuchu to the window like a siren's call. She stood there, transfixed, hyun min fingers danced across the piano keys, coaxing out a melody that seemed to match the rhythm of her own heartbeat.
Chuchu's friends had long since departed for class, but she lingered, captivated by the beauty of the music. She felt a sense of stillness wash over her, as if time itself had slowed down to allow her to savor the moment. Without thinking, she pulled out her phone and began to record the performance.
The music swelled, and Chuchu's heart swelled with it.
As the music continued to play, Chuchu's thoughts were interrupted by a clear of throat that sent shivers down her spine. She turned to face the person annoyed and her eyes widened in shock as she saw Na yeon standing behind her. The girl who had once lain in a hospital bed, frail and weak, now stood before her with a mischievous glint in her eye.
"What.... are....you...doing..here?" Chuchu stammered shocked.
Na yeon chulcked, her eyes sparkling with amusement. "I could pay millions to see that look on your face over and over again...Well, let's just say I knew exactly what would happen," she said, her voice dripping with intrigue. "I needed something, something that would give me leverage over you."
Chuchu's mind reeled as she tried to process Na yeon's words.
Na yeon's eyes gleamed with a sinister light as she recounted her tale. "After I rode off the cliff," she said, her voice dripping with malice, "I had two options. Either I would survive and leverage it against you, or I would end up dead and haunt you from beyond my grave." She chuckled, a cold, mirthless sound. "As fate would have it, I survived, although I suffered from temporary memory loss. But the most shocking and funniest part of it all?" She leaned in, her voice taking on a conspiratorial tone. "I regained my memory just yesterday. And you know what's even more interesting? Everybody's been asking me who had put me in a condition like that.. but I have been tight-lipped,Refusing to divulge into details."
Na yeon's smile grew wider, her eyes sparkling with amusement. "Why would I, when I can use it to my advantage? I'll keep it as a secret, a little leverage to hold over you."
Na yeon's eyes sparkled with amusement as she continued, "I knew you visited me at the hospital yesterday. But you made a critical mistake – you didn't disguise your voice." Her gaze locked onto Chuchu's, a hint of triumph in her expression. "I recognized your silhouette, and the tone of your voice was unmistakable."
Chuchu's heart was racing as she watched Na yeon's calculated maneuver. She had underestimated her, and now she felt like she wasted her time for nothing.
Na yeon's words dripped with menace as she continued, "If I were you, I'd steer clear of Hyun Min. Your secret's safe with me... for now." With a sly smile, Na yeon turned and called out, "Oppa!"
Hyun Min, still seated at the piano, stopped playing and turned around, his expression a mixture of surprise and annoyance. Before he could react, Na yeon had already pecked him on the cheek, her lips barely grazing his skin. Hyun Min's eyes widened in shock as he stood up, his movements stiff and awkward.
"When did you get discharged?" he asked, his tone neutral, but his eyes betraying a hint of irritation.
"This morning," Na yeon replied, her voice light and airy. "I was advised to rest and recuperate, but I'm feeling fine, as you can see." She turned around, her eyes sparkling with mischief, and wrapped her arms around Hyun Min's waist. Hyun Min's body stiffened, and he pulled her hands away, his face clouding over with annoyance.
"Before I forget," Na yeon said, her voice dripping with sweetness, "Mom said we're having dinner today. It was supposed to be yesterday, but I was... at the hospital." She glanced up at Hyun Min, her eyes searching for a reaction. "She asked me to remind you, oppa."
Hyun Min's expression darkened, his mind racing with the implications. He had plans to tutor Sarah tonight, a quiet hour of focused study before they had dinner together, But now, with Na yeon's sudden arrival, his schedule was thrown into chaos. The witch, as he sometimes thought of her, seemed to have a knack for disrupting his plans.
