Chapter 65 – The Blade That Walks Between Worlds

The crowd roared. The sea trembled.

Shisui now stood before a god of the deep.

But he didn't flinch. Instead, he lowered his center, focused, and whispered:

"Astradríga… awaken."

His blade flared with starlight. The Void Crescent Fang fully manifested, its twin-sided runes glowing like lunar halos.

"Lunarcleave Slash."

One swing of the blade and a crescent arc of spatial distortion tore through the battlefield. It sliced through the arena wall and even sheared off one of the king's armor-like fins.

Neryth lunged with terrifying speed, but Shisui vanished—reappearing behind him via Void Gatewalker, slashing at his back.

The King whirled, but Shisui was already recording his movements:

Dragon Fang Suspension: Memory Loop Active.

He stored each clash, dodge, and feint—then unleashed the full sequence in a perfect storm of attacks from multiple directions. The arena could barely keep up as five afterimage clones of Shisui struck simultaneously.

Neryth tried to defend—but was overwhelmed.

The final blow came as Shisui launched into the air, void energy gathering into the edge of his blade.

"Final Moon Cleave!"

A titanic arc of energy descended, striking Neryth and sending him crashing into the arena floor with a thunderous crack.

Silence.

Then—

"Enough!" Queen Aelyra shouted, standing. "The King yields!"

Neryth, battered and bloodied, let out a tired laugh. "You've… earned it, warrior. You have my blessing."

Shisui lowered his sword, panting slightly, and turned toward the royal seats—locking eyes with Liryssa, who stood in awe.
