Synopsis

“If the world won’t change for us, we’ll burn a path through it.”

Once, Redhollow Knights were feared. Now, they’re forgotten—a crumbling academy at the bottom of the league, mocked by rivals and abandoned by the very system built to keep them there.

Enter Rowan Keir.

A man with a past he barely remembers, no patience for tradition, and a second chance he refuses to waste.

Armed with a mysterious system only he can see, Rowan steps into a broken world where strategy, emotion, and magic collide—and where ancient rifts tear through reality, swallowing secrets and shaping fates. The rifts hold terrible power and terrible danger, threatening to unravel everything Rowan holds dear.

But Rowan doesn’t want fame. He wants freedom—for himself, and for every soul crushed by a world that feeds on their fire.

Hidden within the ruins of Redhollow lies a deeper legacy: a secret inheritance of magic capable of things yet unknown. Forces in the shadows—cunning council backers, ruthless spies, and a mysterious old money power—move to claim that inheritance and control the future.

This isn’t just about winning games.

It’s about fighting the darkness, reclaiming what was lost, and changing everything.

Aetherstone — a sport where skill, heart, and magic intertwine

A world pulsing with ruthless politics, ancient traditions, and dangerous secrets

Real characters, raw emotions, fierce rivalries, and something worth fighting for

This is a story about second chances, defiance, and building something the world said was impossible.

This is Redhollow. And we were born to burn.

Writing: Really good, feels like it's thoroughly curated and belong in a paperback novel Updates: So far, very good! Lots of chapters ina very short span. Keep it up! Story Development: The story is a bit fractured, and some of the choices in chracter development are questionable. I feel like the writing makes up for it in the early chapters. Interesting to see how this improves going foreward. Characters: Elias, per-isekai MC is very interesting and flawed character. His new body her is reborn into hasn't had much time to develope, will need to see how it goes. World Background: Needs more development to really feel alive. Lots of hints at great potential shown. Overall: It's an interesting concept with a very interesting MC. The flow of story in the beginning is a bit hard to follow, but the writing more than makes up for it. It's shows a lot of potential for the more discerning, patient reader.

I am surprised to read this book who tell about sports. But beyond the sport it's more about rise & grind, stonks, business, the story moves quickly, each chapter has its share of progress but I find that this is precisely the problem. The writing relies heavily on fast-paced narration and some unnecessary description of objects, there is very little dialogue and you don't feel the emotion, no particular scene just the narration. The system is not very integrated, it is almost complementary. The MC has "disappeared" for no apparent reason from our world and he doesn't even ask himself what the hell he's doing there, he asks so few questions, so few answers for us, the reader. Except that, I have nothing to criticize about the script, I like it. I will continue to see how the academy will return to its top form thanks to the genius of Elias..
