Ethan always wished for reincarnation, not glory or power, but a second chance. Trapped in a bleak, lonely existence, he found fleeting comfort in stories and fan fiction, always craving something more: a family, a sense of purpose, a meaningful end surrounded by love.
One cold winter night, that wish came true.
Reborn into a world both familiar and strange, Ethan remembers everything: his past life, his regrets, his dreams. But this time, he’s given more than just a new body. He’s given a world rich with magic, warmth, and the hope of becoming someone new.
This is not a story about escaping into fantasy. It’s about earning the life he once only dreamed of, and what happens when fate hands him the power to shape it from the beginning.

This story is a Harry Potter fanfiction, featuring my own original character. It’s a slow-paced story that focuses on characters growth, world-building and family, so please be patient with the unfolding plot.
It's very dark physiologically, so be prepared.
Also, this is an original work written by me, not a translation.
If you have any questions about this novel please comment and if you don't understand something do comment as well and I'll respond as quickly as I can. :)
OK, I think this is my first 5 star review! I usually try to be critical in these to let the authors know where I think the story can improve. However in this case I think the author is doing a fantastic job. Is the story slow paced ATM? Yes. But while we may think we know what happened during this time period it is important to see it from the MCs POV. it sets the tone for his character. Also, the chapters about his grandfather's death were spot on, even as an adult when you get hit with something like that it discombobulates you. the pleading about it being his birthday and all the rest was well done. this character also strikes multiple chords in me as I was raised similarly the many mornings I spent on Grandma's front porch with Grandpa teaching me how to Whittle chess pieces and such. and especially the passing of my father this year has me emotionally invested.
i like it very much, its a more slow paced story which means not a lot has happened relating to the Magic and Harry Potterness off it, but i enjoy the mc as well as the family developments, i recommend this novel because of good updates and interesting story and time period
I like it, it's pretty good. However, there are a few things that stick out to me that break the immersion. First, him crawling at one years old is considered slow, not fast; especially when you take into account he's lived an entire life. At one, many kids are already walking. Second, eight chapters in, besides introducing his family and living situation, not much has happened, the pace is pretty slow. What I'm looking for in the next chapters that would really increase the quality of the story is a focus on development, both character wise and magically. Him figuring out he's in the HP world, not merely just the past, and taking full advantage of it is what makes these types of stories truly great. I really do not want him to figure out he's magical at 11 from the owl with his letter. Overall, everything else is good! I hope this gets quick updates because I'm looking forward to more!
Has a lot of potential ......................................................................................................................
I am really liking this. It seems to be very slow paced but from what I'm seeing it has a lot of potential. Looking forward to the kingdom building aspect. Keep It up!
It's a good story even if the first chapter hit too close to home but I do I like the MC. Looking forward to more chapters hopefully you continue to write I really like it!

It started really well, but the last chapters are just to boring (in my opinion). I think the Progress is too slow. I think it may not be a Problem if there are more chapter but right now, I just want to see him with more magical things. Another thing that’s not really a problem in general, but a problem for me I can’t really follow who is who, because of how he named them. But I think the story has potential. I wish you good luck 🍀
Great story I really enjoy how the author brings us into such a deep world and how things are unfolding
slow development but overall very good i have to much expectations on this
"Sincerely, thank you. What a marvelous work — I have no words to describe it, only praise. I've been reading for a very long time, truly, and I can count on one hand the works that make me feel like I'm part of the story. One of the books that made me feel that way is Lord of the Mysteries, and I can say with absolute certainty that I would hire you as a writer if I had a company. My congratulation
