Takumi: [@Akeno, if you're free, send an invitation to the God of the Bible and invite her to visit my world. Tell her Gabriel misses her.]
Not long after the message was sent, Akeno replied.
Akeno: [Received! I'll talk to her next time I get the chance.]
Naturally, that wasn't a problem. Lately, their world had seen a noticeable presence of angels. When the time comes, she could just have one of them deliver the message.
Ever since Takumi's last visit, their world had achieved complete peace. Life now was almost too tranquil.
Fujiwara Chika: [Image] [Are you trying to make a move on Gabriel?] [Are you actually on a date?]
Just then, Fujiwara Chika sent a picture. It showed Takumi and Gabriel on what looked like a date. Gabriel was even holding Takumi's arm. No matter how you looked at it, they resembled a couple.
Seeing the picture, Takumi turned his head and spotted several familiar faces looking at him curiously. Fujiwara Chika, Katou Megumi, and Yuuki Asuna had just finished school and happened to encounter Takumi and Gabriel on their way home.
Takumi was a bit speechless but waved at them. Gabriel, a bit confused, turned to see what was going on and also noticed the approaching girls. Upon realizing the situation, she quickly let go of Takumi's arm, looking a bit embarrassed—as if she had been caught doing something wrong.
The trio approached.
"Well, well, who would've thought," Fujiwara Chika teased, looking at Takumi strangely. "You actually pulled it off?"
Takumi looked puzzled. What did she mean by 'pulled it off'?
Without a word, Takumi wrapped an arm around Fujiwara Chika and the other around Asuna.
"Come on! Let's have dinner together tonight."
Caught off guard, Fujiwara Chika's face turned red.
"What are you doing?!"
She tried to shake free, but Takumi didn't give her the chance.
"Gotta build those emotional bonds if we're going to get married one day," he said playfully. "You're all my wings, after all."
Call it shameless or fearless, Takumi had long since given up on being subtle. He used to be a bit reserved, but now? He was determined to give all the girls a warm home.
Seeing she couldn't escape, Chika started pinching Takumi's waist in frustration—an instinctive move most women seemed to know. But it didn't work on Takumi.
Asuna, on the other hand, didn't seem to mind. She struggled briefly, then gave up and let Takumi lead her away.
Gabriel and Katou Megumi watched the scene, both at a loss for words.
"Do you two want to hang from the front or the back?" Takumi joked, glancing at Gabriel and Katou Megumi.
Both rolled their eyes.
"Please don't joke like that, Lord Takumi," Gabriel said, a little exasperated.
Takumi just laughed and didn't press the matter, releasing Chika and Asuna shortly after to let everyone walk alongside him.
"Let's have Alice cook dinner tonight. We'll eat at Kaguya-hime's place," he said while sending Alice a message, asking her to bring some ingredients.
Everyone nodded—no objections there. Food was food, no matter where they ate it.
Alice quickly replied:
Nakiri Alice: [Sure! I've finished my tasks here.] [I'm coming over to learn under you soon.] [Bringing a few people along.] [Let me know what you want to eat tonight. Anything goes.]
She was preparing to bring others over for culinary training. With the world shifting dramatically, even renowned chefs were struggling with the unfamiliar ingredients. Some couldn't even handle the food they were supposed to cook.
After discussing with her grandfather, it was decided that some of them would go to Takumi's world to study combat techniques. Imagine a chef who can't even cut an ingredient—that'd be a joke.
They had also reached an agreement with IGO, though details were still being worked out. A draft proposal was expected soon.
Trade negotiations between Takumi's world and theirs had also begun, though Alice didn't know the exact progress. It didn't really concern her. Her job was simply to do her best.
Takumi wrapped up his chat with Alice and, after wandering for a bit with everyone, finally headed to Kaguya-hime's place.
Kaguya was still gaming. During Takumi's absence, Eirin Yagokoro had already finished setting up the magic formations there.
Takumi greeted Eirin, then took everyone to see Kaguya-hime.
"Wow, did Kaguya really move the entire Bamboo Forest of the Lost here?" Chika asked in amazement. The sight before her was stunning—had they actually moved the entire forest here?
Kaguya nodded while playing.
"I'm just more comfortable living in familiar surroundings," she said. "So I recreated it. Oh, and I'll introduce you to Mokou later. You're both Fujiwaras—maybe you're relatives."
Chika's face fell.
"We're from completely different worlds! How could we possibly be related?!"
"Well, the surname's the same," Kaguya said nonchalantly. "Close enough."
She then invited everyone to join her for a gaming session. No one refused. They all gathered and dove into a co-op game.
Gaming there was unbelievably cozy.
About an hour later, Alice arrived, accompanied by Nakiri Erina. The two sisters quickly got to work.
Watching them, Chika couldn't help but sigh.
"Takumi, I have a feeling everyone in our chat group is going to move here eventually."
More and more members of the group were settling in Takumi's world. When she first met him, barely anyone was willing to immigrate. But now?
Look around—tons of chat group members had moved in. Even Chika was starting to consider it. For the sake of her family, moving over seemed like the right decision.
With that thought, Chika made up her mind.
Time to immigrate!
She'd find a time to go back and bring her entire family along.
