Battle Dimension (2)

When the guys entered, they saw two pathways. One said, 'Spectators' and the other said 'Fighters'. They were about to approach fighters until they heard a young lady behind them. They turned around to see a male and female.

"I wouldn't do that if I were you." The girl said. She had purple hair, black eyes and pointy ears.

"And you are?" Lucas asked as he analyzed the duo. The young man with the lady and short blonde hair with blue eyes and pointy ears. 

'Hmm? Elfs?' Ethan thought silently from the side. 

'What a fucking beauty!' Of course, Jovian's reaction was totally different. 

Hearing Lucas the young lady said 

"I am Lex Sylvan, and this is Talon Sunstrider" The young man simply nodded his head. He seemed totally uninterested in this conversation. He was eyeing Jovian closely though.

As if on cue 

"Hello beautiful, I'm Jovian Savant a first-year student." He introduced himself while grabbing Lex's and a placing a small kiss on it.

Lex gave a small blush before saying 

"Nice to meet you Jovian~"

Talon standing to the side was becoming irritated after seeing Jovian's bold action, but instead of speaking out he just coughed before speaking to Lex.

*Cough* *Cough*

"Ahem, Lex, we should be entering now we don't have much time, or we will miss the match." 

Hearing this Lex came back to her senses and gave Jovian a smile before saying.

"You guys should come with us to watch. The two top students of the Academy will be facing each other. Also, I wouldn't advise you guys to start fighting here yet until you reach the next major rank."

"Well, I wouldn't mind spending time with a beauty like yourself." Jovian said with a smile. 

"This guy really has balls." Krax for the first time spoke. 

"Oh, look who speaks!" Jovian said before continuing 

"Okay we will come with you Lex, I want to see what these two top students are like." 

After this they all entered through the spectator's tunnel meanwhile Talon was gritting his teeth while clenching his fist. He really wanted to erase Jovian from the face of Kalp, but he knew it was against the rules. 

'Just you wait, how dare you touch Lex with your filthy hands!"

The Sanctuary 

After the meeting Liora came back to The Sanctuary. She could come and go as she liked now that she was connected to Akasha. Currently she was talking to Raven and Elara. 

"You two have made great progress. Your fellow peers have also come out of seclusion too, you two should go and show your face around before people start asking too many questions. In a month's time you, all will depart from Kalpa and head towards a secret realm.

Go and take some time look around for a bit before coming back to finish your training. You can go to the Battle Dimension, today the two top students in The Academy will be fighting. Maybe you can learn a thing or two."

Hearing this the girls nodded and then disappeared.

Liora turned towards Akasha's direction, and he was still deep into his cultivation. She sighed before she also disappeared.

Luke Solguard was currently sitting in his dorm. He had finished his cultivation just around the time the others did, but he didn't go out like the rest. Instead, he wanted to increase is comprehension of the rules. He was further ahead than the others except for the obvious three, but now he felt more confident. About 30 minutes ago he was told to head to the Battle Dimension by his teacher so, now he was preparing to do that.

Lyria Sylvan was similar to Luke. Although she didn't really care about being the strongest, she was just an introvert. This caused her to focus more on her cultivation and now she was just behind Luke Solguard. Now she was to on the way watch the fight.

'I wonder if I will be able to see him there too' She thought before she hovered into the sky and flew towards the Battle Dimension.

Battle Dimension

The stands were packed with thousands of students. Even though it was so many students the seats seemed endless, and nobody seemed to bunch up or uncomfortable. Right now, the guys were sitting along with Lex and Talon. Looking around at all the students Kael spoke out.

"Who knew it this Academy had so many students. How come we haven't seen any of you before?"

"That's because most of us are always in seclusion or in one of the floating structures you see above the main academy building. These structures have tons of things that's very beneficial to our training. Actually, if it weren't for this fight going on, then we would probably still be cultivating." Lex responded while keeping her eyes on the Arena. 

"So, is that all this Academy has to offer? Just cultivation and more cultivation." Jovian spoke as he wanted to know when all the legendary battles would start. 

"Hehe, no, we go on missions too. But those missions usually take a long time too sometimes decades long." Lex said while giving Jovian a smile which further pissed off Talon so he spoke.

"Tsk, it's not like you could go on a mission any time soon. So why are you asking, just focus on your cultivation." 

Hearing this Jovian robotically turned to look at Talon and slowly said. 

"And. Who. The. Fuck. Asked. You?"

*silence*

Seeing the rising tension Lex was about to intervene but then she heard

"Sister!!!!" She turned her head to see Lyria running over to them. Not too far behind her was Lucas Solguard. 

"Fufufu~ Hello little sister, I missed you!" Lex said while pulling Lyria into a hug.

Seeing this Lucas spoke up 

"I knew you looked familiar. I didn't expect you two to be sisters though."

"Look Luke finally showed up too." Kael stated the obvious. 

Luke approached and simply nodded his head while picking a seat next to Krax.

Not too long after they arrived Raven and Elara arrived, and they caused the eyes of all the guys to widen. Seeing his sister Lucas got up and hurriedly approached her and grabbed her shoulders. 

"Sister! Where have you been, you haven't contacted me at all!" Seeing her brother act like this irritated her. 

'I'm not a fucking kid!!!' She thought internally while removing his hands from her shoulders. She spoke in a tone vastly different from usual. She seemed cold and distant.

"Brother, I do not have to tell you my every move." Then she walked around him and sat down behind Lex and Lyria. Beside her sat Elara who didn't even look at her brother. She however said to Raven only loud enough so she could hear, and it almost broke her cold facade. 

"Pffft, if only he knew his dear sis was a bloody maniac." Elara said while holding in her laugh. Raven gave her a slight elbow to her side before returning to her cold facade. 

Seeing the two ladies enter, Talon, he couldn't help but be stunned by both of their beauties. Even though he was courting Lex it wouldn't hurt to have a couple more, right?

Lex turned around after separating from Lyria and introduced herself to the ladies. 

"Hello nice to meet you two, I'm Lex Sylvan a second-year student." She said while giving them a smile. The two ladies returned the smile in return before introducing themselves.

"Nice to meet you too, my name is Raven."

"My name is Elara." They said keeping their smiles internally though they were having a mental conversation. Ever since they bonded with Akasha, they could all talk mentally.

'Hey Raven, you think Akasha would like her?'

'Hmm, I'm not sure to be honest, I think he likes Lyria.' 

'We should help him out a bit, right? We can become close with Lyria and ease her into things." Elara said 

'Not a bad idea, I'm down.' Raven agreed

While they were having a mental conversation Ethan asked Lex a question.

"So, who are these top two students? And why are they fighting."

"Well, the number 1 ranked is Caelum Solguard a celestial. He has been the number 1 ranked student for past 300 years, but he rarely makes an appearance."

Hearing this name Luke eyes flickered for a minute before he resumed with his lofty act. 

"The second ranked student is Skye Astra; she is a human. She's actually fairly young not too much older than you guys. She is the princess of the human royal family. Recently she has defeated the previous 2-10 rankers."

Hearing this Elara and Raven were interested. Just as they were thinking this someone stepped onto the stage.
