Caelum Solguard vs Skye Astra
In the sky above the arena a man with foxlike ears and he had 5 tails. When he appeared a had a microphone in hand. He gave the mic a few taps before speaking.
*Tap* *Tap*
"Mic check. Mic Check." Hearing these words the arena went wild.
"WOOOOOO!!!!!"
"YEA!!!!!"
"THIS IS ABOUT TO BE LEGENDARY!!!!"
Hearing the crow the fox man smiled before speaking
"WELCOME LADIES AND GENTLEMEN TO OUR FINE BATTLE ARENA! TODAY WE HAVE A LEGENDARY MATCHUP.
FIRST UP WE HAVE SOMEONE WHO HAS BEEN ON ABSOLUTE STREAK. FROM THE MOMENT SHE EXITED SECLUSION SHE CAME AND DOMINATED!!!!! FROM UNRANKED TO BECOMING RANK NUMBER 2! EVERYONE MAKE SOME NOISE FOR HUMANITY'S PRINCESS... SKYE ASTRA!!!!!!"
After saying the crowd exploded, especially the males.
"I LOVE YOU PRINCESS SKYE!!!!"
"PRINCESS SKYE IS THE BEST!!!!"
"IF THE PRINCESS LOSES, I WILL KILL CAELUM MYSELF!!!"
"PRINCESS SKYE I'LL DRINK YOUR BATH WATER!!!!!"
Wait what?
Some of these dudes sounded like straight up cheerleaders. But as they were cheering a divine beauty was making her way on the stage. She looked like a war goddess. Her hair was blue like the sky and her eyes matched, draped in all black armor that hugged her figure and in her hands was an all-black spear. This was Skye Astra.
Her face was calm, cool, and collected. There wasn't a shred of worry nor arrogance. Her demeanor was solid as a rock. When she made it to the stage, she didn't flaunt her aura or do anything flashy. She simply stood there.
After she made it the arena quieted down once more and then the fox man spoke again.
"NOW FOR THE DEFENDING CHAMPION FOR THE LAST 300 YEARS. A MAN THAT'S A MYSTERY, BUT ALSO A MONSTER! WITHOUT FACING A SINGLE LOSS SINCE MAKING HIS NAME KNOWN WE HAVE THE ONE AND ONLY CAELUM SOLGUARD HEIR TO ALL CELESTIALS!!!!"
As he said this, males and females alike went crazy.
"HEY CAELUM, OVER HERE!!!!!"
"CAELUM I STILL HAVE MY PURITY!!!!"
"THE HEIR TO THE CELESTIALS! HE'S A REAL MONSTER!"
"I CAN'T WAIT TO SEE HIM IN ACTION AGAIN."
"THE LAST TIME HE FOUGHT WAS NEARLY 80 YEARS AGO!"
As the crowd was making noise a male figure simply appeared on the stage with his eyes closed and hands behind his back. He had pale white skin that didn't make him look unhealthy at all, his hair was short and silver. And although you couldn't see them, he had the same golden eyes as all the celestials.
When he made his appearance, the crowd became quiet as the announcer said
"NOW THERE ARE NO RULES, DEATH IS NOT PERMANT HER SO GO ALL OUT! NOW BEGIN!!!!!"
He said this and moved the hell out the way. He was only a student that was far weaker than these two monsters.
Seeing the two top students in all of the academy the first-year students were interested to say the least. Especially Akasha's two women, they had the most knowledge about things than the others, so they were excited to see the next stage of power.
"Hey Lex, what rank are those two at?" Raven asked
"Hmm well I'm not too sure. The last time Caelum fought he was Early Rebirth rank and as for Skye well she should be about middle to late Rebirth rank. But nobody truly knows and that's just my estimation." Lex replied to Raven
"What's the Rebirth rank?" Jovian ask Lex as these two have been getting along fairly well.
"Rebirth rank is after Ultimate Core, that's what most second year students are in." She said to him with a smile.
Lyria seeing this dynamic was a bit surprised.
'Does sister like him? Hmm, I should ask her later' As she thought she looked around as if she was searching for someone. She then looked at Raven and asked.
"Have you seen Akasha recently?" Hearing her sister Lex turned and asked with a tone laced with curiosity.
"Who is Akasha, is he your little boyfriend?" Lex said with a smile.
"N-no he's not! But he's the top student of our year." She said while blushing a bit
"Hehe he's not yet at least..." Elara said while giggling.
"Stop teasing her Elara~ But Akasha is currently training." Raven said
Hearing this all the top students including Luke was surprised.
"Heh, what he can't even reach the Ultimate Core rank?" Kael snickered
"Tch, shut up idiot." Elara glared at her brother while he serpentine eyes flashed. Seeing this Kael instantly became quiet.
Meanwhile on the stage Caelum and Skye had yet to move.
Skye was analyzing and all she could see was arrogance. She looked at him
His eyes? Closed.
His weapon? Nonexistent.
Hell, his arms were even folded.
PURE ARROGANCE
'You don't even place me in your eyes, huh? Let's see if you can keep up little celestial.' Skye thought with a smile.
Seeing the nasty arrogance Caelum was expressing Skye decided to wake him up a bit. She tightened the grip on her spear and flew into the sky.
High in the sky she floated above the arena looking down at Caelum, who still hadn't even acknowledged her. She smirked then activated a law based skill.

As she said this her Aura exploded!
BOOOM!
She raised her spear into a striking position. Her spear was coated in pure destruction energy. The energy was so strong that the space around Skye was being destroyed. She moved her arm back and hurled the spear downward and speeds that a mortal's eye couldn't follow.
*SWOOSH*
As the spear tore through the air it left a path of pure destruction. Everywhere the spear traveled space broke and fell apart. When the spear was finally upon Caelum he started getting alarming danger signals.
He finally opened his eyes, and the spear was already inches apart from his face!
It was too late...
BOOOOOOOOOOOM!!!!!!
High in air Skye looked down at the impact and reached out her hand and then her spear reappeared in hand. She was slightly satisfied about the outcome, but she knew all too well that this was far from over.
When the spear of madness connected it caused a resound explosion and a shock wave that made the barrier around the area rumble. Oddly enough though there was no smoke or anything you would expect to see after an impact like that. In fact, you couldn't see anything anymore because there was nothing left.
The part of the arena Caelum stood on was gone. Caelum himself was gone. The space around Caelum was gone.
Everything was destroyed.
Absolute Destruction.
The crowd seeing this didn't know what to think. One moment they were having a stare down or more like Skye was. Then the next she was launching a skill powered behind her Law. Is that you begin a fight?
Hell no! That was just overkill.
"D-did she just kill the guy?" Jovian asked as this was exactly what he wanted to see. 'Holy Fuck!!! This is better than fucking anime. And did she just begin the fight with a fucking ultimate move?
"Tch, I wish she did. It will take much more than that to kill that bastard." Luke finally spoke up for the first time.
"Hehe Jovian, that was nothing. That was just normal skill powered behind a Law. Judging by the power I would say that Skye is around Late-Stage Rebirth rank." Lex said
"Fuck! That's just normal?" Jovian said
Meanwhile on the arena the space was slowly regenerating, but Caelum was still missing.
"Stop hiding now, little celestial." Skye said in a calm voice
"Did she just say 'little celestial'?" someone in the crowed exclaimed
"She has some balls!"
"That's for sure."
Hearing this a voice scoffed
"Heh, little celestial?"
As this voice sounded Caelum appeared, but instead of one there was 3 of him and they all were standing directly across from Skye.
"So, you finally stopped hiding huh?" She spoke with a smile that was far from friendly.
"Hmm? Why are you speaking as if you know me? I don't recall meeting you before." Caelum spoke as he was a bit confused. He had been in seclusion since his last challenge which was 80 years ago.
"Well, maybe I do? But enough of that let's fight!" As she said that she activated another skill.

As these words left her mouth, her spear flew out of her hand as if it had a mind of its own. It flew even higher in the sky and then when it reached the edge of the barrier it stopped and aimed down. It suddenly enlarged to be over 600 meters. And the moment it reached the max size it took a nosedive right at the three Caelum's.
Seeing this Caelum didn't panic not one bit. The three Caelum's each activate skills. The main body reached out his hand and a pure white sword in his hand. He decided to match the spear head on while the other two attacked Skye herself.
|Law of Time Multiples - Time Slice| Caelum main body launched a massive sword arc upward to meet the spear of doom. The moment the Sword Arc appeared it immediately multiplied into three.
The other two Caelum which were time clones both had swords in hand as the blitzed Skye.

The Cut of Eternity coated the Time clone's blade in a deathly time energy. While this clone engaged into close combat. The other clone launched a skill from a slight distance.

A massive sword appeared in the sky that had a clock attached to the handle. The sword was pure white, identical to the blade Caelum was using. When the clone activated this move, he intended to kill both the clone and Skye.
Meanwhile the three sword arcs met the spear of doom. The skill used by Caelum was intended to completely cut the time around the spear and allow for a clean hit. But can time even exist within 'Absolute Destruction'?
The answer is Hell no!
The spear of doom totally obliterated the sword arcs and kept on a path towards Caelum. When he noticed that attacking the spear head on was futile. Caelum immediately went on the defensive
