Caelum Solguard vs Skye Astra (2)

BOOOOOM! 

Caelum seemingly took the attack head on!

Meanwhile Skye was currently looking at the two Caelum. One was approaching her with sword and the other launched a literally manifestation. 

She didn't panic, the entire fight she has been eerily calm as if everything was going according to the plan. Seeing the threat, she was under she activated another skill. 

|Law of Absolute Destruction- Essence of Destruction| 

The moment she said that she became destruction itself. She made a spear out pure destruction energy. Then she moved not towards the massive manifestation, but towards the sword holding Caelum. 

As they engaged into combat, she met the sword blow for blow. She focused purely on offense and didn't even think to defend. This is because when this skill is active, she becomes destruction itself. Everything she touches or that touches her will be destroyed. 

This skill was utterly broken, but not without drawbacks. This skill heavily drains mana and after its deactivated even someone a major rank lower than her could take her life. But right now, she took the risk. 

As the Caelum clone was being pushed back on the defensive. The Manifestation finally landed on the two of them. This sword was manifestation of decaying time. As the sword cut through the air, the surrounding space itself was decaying.

BOOOOM!

Another resounding impact resounded through the arena. After the smoke cleared only Skye was still floating in the sky. The time clone was destroyed during the impact. Skye stood eyeing the other clone, her armor was slightly broken, and she had some blood dripped down he lip. She smiled evilly before casting two skills in succession.

[Law of Absolute Destruction - Palm of oblivion]

As she said this, she slapped a palm towards the clone which manifest a pitch-black palm that destroyed everything in its path. As the clone saw the palm approaching it tried to move, but the space around it exploded. 

BOOOOOM!!!!

BOOOOM!!!!

Both attacks connected one after the other and the clone stood no chance of surviving. After she launched those attacks, she opened her hand and her spear appeared. She turned around to see Caelum's main body which looked a mess. 

His hair was completely messy; he had scars all over his body and his entire right arm was missing. There he stood battered and bruised, but with a sly smirk. 

"You're good." he said before his body began to revert to its original state. Seeing this Skye didn't look surprised one bit. This was the skill Caelum activated 'Save Point'. This was a skill that would save his condition in a timeline, and then he would be able to revert back to that condition afterwards.

Pretty broken, but it left him with nearly no mana left. As if knowing this Skye said 

"Now let's end this shall we?"

Seeing this Caelum didn't was anytime

After he said that another Caelum appeared right behind Skye. And they both called skills in succession.

Skye sensed the change behind her, but it was too late 

BOOOOOOM!!!!!

Caelum and Skye both endured enormous impacts. They both fell out the sky and neither one was moving. 

Skye smiled lightly while thinking 

'Well, that was a bit different than expected.' She wasn't discouraged at all she was actually satisfied. 

And as she thought that they both crashed into the arena unconscious.

*silence*

Then 

"HOLY FUCK!!!!"

"THAT WAS LEGENDARY!!!!"

"IT WAS A FUCKING TIE?!"

The crowd went crazy as both Skye and Caelum disappeared and reappeared outside of the arena fully healed.

Caelum looked at Skye and said 

"Good fight truly and to have two laws? You're a monster." 

"Haha, yea that was a good fight indeed." Skye replied while nodding her head. She then walked away while looking towards the direction of the freshman. Then a serious face replaced her smile as she thought.

'Krax Alale, the third prince of the Titans. To think you were under our noses the entire time.' After she thought this, she exited the battle dimension.

Seeing the ending of the fight the first-year students couldn't help but be amazed. Even Lex herself was stunned. 

"To think fights can be so crazy. I can only imagine what the real powerhouses look like in action," Ethan said 

"Haha, I'm pumped up! I can't wait to fight some battles!" Jovian exclaimed.

"I can't believe Skye is able to comprehend two Rules." Lex said 

"Hmm? Is that supposed to be rare?" Elara asked. This caused Lex to give her a strange look. 

"Of course! Normally people focus on one single Law because comprehending multiple Rules is not only difficult but time consuming. Just to reach the peak of Rebirth rank, you need to have at least 50% of a rule comprehended." Lex said 

"Oh." Elara said as she was thinking of a certain someone and all she could do was smile while shaking her head. 

"Hehe, I'm sure Akasha would be interested in Skye." Raven said while giggling 

After she said this, they all prepared to leave and meet their instructors at the plaza.
