Safe For Now

The next day begins after a long and scary night for Brian. Unlike any other day, Brian wake up first before any one in the house. He had a morning coffee and then went to a building near the penthouse. It was a skating rink Brian and Yuji bought and built in Japan while they were still working in the US. When they want privacy,they come here.

Brian put on his skating shoes and walked in to the rink and started practicing for his competition. Brian mind was not in his practice as he kept falling down anytime he tried to attempt a skill. He tried and tried but still kept falling. After a while,he sat down at the middle of the rink and started crying, but unknown to him, some one was watching him. It was Rei, she had previously waking earlier and from what happened yesterday, she walked around the house checking the surroundings to check for anything suspicious. While she was monitoring everything it, she saw Brian coming out of the penthouse and walked towards the other building beside the house. She followed him and looked at what he was doing in the rink. When she saw him crying, she walked away leaving him in the staking room.

When all this scene was happening, somewhere in Osaka, Japan, a human figure who seemed to be angry after watching news from his phone thows his phone to the ground, started destroying his property. Books, vase and other things was breaking and tossed around. Beside the room,was a man kneeling down and looked to be in fear of this person. "Is this what I told you to do?, Answer Me" ,this person shouted at the man kneeling down. He shuttered in fear saying :"n-no sir, it was g-going well but he hired a strong bodyguard who s-seemed to be our problem,sire". The man walked to where the man who was kneeling was and slapped him ,he then said:"Did you not check before going in?, Your job was to make sure he never enter the rink again but no you make your boys to made him run and not only that they are in the police station, What are you going to do about that?"

"I am going to sort it out sir, I promise they won't say a word to the police" , the already shaking man who was a leader of a thug replied. This person started laughing psychotically,then he stopped laughing and picked up a golf stick and started using it to hit the thug while saying "your job was to get him out of my face". He stopped hitting him and then hold the thug by his hair and said to him :" I am giving you one last chance,get it done before the competition, FIND HIM. If not, you are not going to see your family again,Is That Clear?". The thug with injured head from the hitting and a bleeding nose replied :"Y-yes S-sir". "Get out" The man let go of the thug hair,then the thug runs away in pains.

As the thug leaves the room,a man seems to be in his 30's walked in and looked around and saw everywhere scattered,he took a remote for the TV in the room and turned it on "Sir?" he said. The man looks at the TV and scoffed. The TV was showing a news about Brian attacks and his escape from them. "Have you heard anything yet?" The man asked the man who turned on the TV and seem to be the Secretary to him. "After he leaves the police station, no one has seen him and he is not even in his home", the secretary said. "What about the thugs?" He asked. The secretary reply:" they have not said anything and they will leave the station today since nothing happens to Brian ". "Brian, Brian, Brian, that name pissed me off, find out where he is hiding and let me know", The man said. "On it sir", the secretary said and then leave the room.

"Brian,I will make sure you did not get that trophy", the man said to himself.

Back to Brian location,

After Rei was done looking around the house, she met Yuji who seemed dressed and was arranging his bag with a skateboard on his hand like he was going somewhere. "You are leaving?" She asked him. Yuji looks at Rei and said :" yeah,I got some practice to do". Rei tinted her head and then said:"you do skateboarding? I thought you are a skater like Brian" ." Oh that, yeah I am a skater but a not a figure skater like Brian, speed ice skater, like a race you know, running,ice running" Yuji said using making hand gestures of running.

Rei said :" ohhh, then what is the skateboard for? You are not running on ice with this,I know that for sure","this is my hobby and I use it for fun, you can try it sometime " Yuji said smiling at Rei. Rei smiled and said :" you are saying a bodyguard should have a hobby, you got to kidding me". "I totally forgot that" ,Yuji said and both of them started laughing. "Oh then, Mr Dari is coming for Brian practice later,so expect a visitor later" Yuri said as he started walking out of the house. "Okay bro, have a good day" Rei said, "you too " Yuji replied back before leaving her sight. Rei said to her self :" at least someone is in better behavior than Brian".

Later on,Rei check on Brian who was still in the skating rink but not seem to be better and is skating well without falling. She then walked to the living in the penthouse, walked to the fridge and took out a bottle of milk and bread and started eating it. As she was eating it, she heard a doorbell. She checked the gate camera and saw Mr Dari, she pushed a button and the gate outside open for Mr Dari to enter.

Rei went on to welcome Mr Dari, "Where is Brian?",Mr Dari asked. Rei replied :"He is skating." "Skating,where?" Mr Dari asked surprised. "Surprised uhh, I know why Brian came here,there is actual staking rink behind the penthouse,he is practicing there right now " ,Rei said.

"Lead the way "

Mr Dari said,then Rei showed him the way to the skating rink.
