A scoff left my lips before I could hold it in. "What did you just say?" I asked, my gaze moving from one Alpha to the next. "You want me to move in with you?" I questioned them to make sure I had heard correctly.

"Yes." Thatcher took a step closer, but I took two steps back, creating more distance between us.

"We want you," Logan declared, his eyes burning with intense need.

"Yes," Julian joined in. "We will also protect you; we'll make sure no harm comes to you. Please give us a chance," they begged.

Are they being serious? Is this some kind of joke? How dare they make such demands after the way they hurt and humiliated me in front of everyone?

No, I won't listen to them; I won't fall for their tricks a second time. I will reject the mate bond between us and cut every connection that we might have.

Prologue

The Ugly Omega Is Mated To Three Handsome Alphas

Daniel returned to the hospital very early the next day. Upon entering, he began exchanging greetings with everyone around—the nurses, the patients—continuing until he reached the elevator.

The elevator opened, and Daniel stepped inside, pressing the button for the fourth floor. As he waited for the elevator to move, before the doors could close, he saw the triplet Alphas approaching.

Daniel easily recognized the triplet Alphas because he had seen them wreak havoc at the hospital the previous day.

All three entered the elevator, and the doors closed.

Daniel moved and stayed behind them.

"Do you think she'll show up today?" one of them asked. Daniel could not differentiate between the three Alphas, so he didn't know who spoke.

"Hopefully. We'll have to widen our search after today," another responded.

"Shit, she left without her phone. If she had it, locating her would have been easier," a third said.
