Everyone knows Aerry Bllen (we can’t say his real name for copyright reasons — but you know who he is): the fastest man alive.



But if Aerry ran on foot, and Haruki Saionji ran with his thoughts, Haruki just might win three out of a hundred races. He’s not the smartest man alive — but he may very well be the fastest thinkable one.



Sounds like a superpower, right?

Not to his parents.



To them, Haruki is just a problem — too strange, too intense, too different. So they send him to a boarding school designed to help “gifted” youths fit into society. But for Haruki, it’s not a school. It’s a prison.



He wasn’t born to live inside the box. He was born to think outside it. And now, he’s planning the ultimate escape.
