He's Here To Cause Trouble!

The sexy sales manager at the real estate office paused for a moment after hearing Brentley's words. She then gave him a quick look before covering her mouth and giggling coquettishly (meaning in a flirtatious manner)

Naturally, the other employees in the office joined in the laughter, their eyes filled with disdain as they looked at Brentley.

"Kid, do you even know how much our houses cost per square foot? Do you know that all the properties we sell here are villas over 3,200 square feet?"

The sexy manager, swaying gracefully in her high heels, approached Brentley with an aggressive tone.

"No, I don't..."

Brentley shook his head lightly as he looked at the manager.

"Didn't you just ask me how I knew you couldn't afford a house here? Let me tell you, the cheapest villa here costs over a million dollars. Do you think you can come up with that kind of money? Do you really think this is a place you should be?" the manager continued, her voice dripping with condescension.

"A million dollars?"

Brentley feigned a shocked expression and exclaimed loudly.

"Scared, aren't you?" The manager couldn't help but sneer. "With your kind of income, even if you worked hard for ten lifetimes, you wouldn't be able to afford a house here. So stop wasting your time and get out of here before other customers see you and think we let just anyone in!"

Brentley couldn't help but find the situation amusing. The woman in front of him had no idea who he really was. Forget about a single villa; Brentley could buy the entire development if he wanted to.

"Mr. Carter, I'm really sorry about all this. Maybe we should just leave," Vienna, standing beside Brentley, said apologetically.

She also felt that the houses here were out of Brentley's reach. Her kind heart couldn't bear to see her manager humiliating him like this, so she wanted to get Brentley out of there as quickly as possible.

Brentley turned his head slightly at Vienna's words, giving her a calm glance before saying softly, "Leave? Why should I leave? I've been thinking about buying a house recently. Why not take a look around here?"

"Are you deaf or something? Didn't Manager Brown make it clear enough? The houses here are way out of your league. What are you still doing here?"

At that moment, a male employee from the sales office shouted at Brentley, his voice full of disdain.

Vienna's face showed clear frustration. She couldn't understand why Brentley insisted on staying when it was obvious he couldn't afford any of the houses. She regretted calling him in the first place.

"Are you the manager of this sales office?" Brentley ignored everyone else and walked straight up to the stunningly beautiful Manager Brown, asking calmly.

"Yes, I am the manager," the woman nodded slightly.

"Then why don't you show me around your properties?" Brentley said slowly.

Manager Brown frowned slightly at his words. Despite her annoyed expression, she still looked incredibly captivating, perhaps due to her natural beauty. "Didn't you understand what I said earlier? The houses here are way out of your reach. You'd better leave now, or I'll have security throw you out!" Manager Brown pointed her slender finger towards the door and shouted loudly.

"Mr. Carter, let's just go," Vienna couldn't help but tug on Brentley's sleeve. Brentley Carter looked at Manager Brown and shook his head slightly, feeling a deep sense of helplessness.

Actually, Brentley Carter had been thinking about buying a house for a while, and since he was invited, he thought it would be okay to check out the properties. However, the attitude of the sales office manager was simply unacceptable, so after a moment of hesitation, Brentley turned to leave.

"Manager Brown, what's going on here?"

At that moment, a middle-aged man's voice echoed from inside the sales office.

Everyone turned their heads towards the second floor, where a middle-aged man in a black suit was descending the stairs.

"General Manager Rivera, you're here?"

Manager Brown's face changed instantly upon seeing the middle-aged man, and he greeted him with a fawning smile.

"I just heard you shouting about kicking a customer out. What's going on?" he asked, frowning.

"General Manager Rivera, it's like this: this guy came to our sales office to cause trouble, so I told him to leave!" Manager Brown quickly explained.

"Causing trouble at the sales office?"

General Manager Rivera frowned slightly at this, then walked over to Brentley and asked softly, "Sir, what exactly happened?"

"I came to look at houses, but your staff refused to assist me and even told me to leave," Brentley replied calmly.

Vienna, who had been listening, couldn't help but feel a flash of nervousness on her pretty face. She knew that this middle-aged man was Manager Brown's superior, and Brentley's words were basically a direct complaint against Manager Brown. If the middle-aged man took Manager Brown to task, it wouldn't bode well for her either.

The middle-aged man turned and glared fiercely at Manager Brown before turning back to Brentley with a warm smile. "Sir, I deeply apologize for the negligence of our staff. I am Kingston Rivera, the person in charge of this sales office. I will arrange for someone to assist you right away. Please wait a moment."

Brentley noticed the middle-aged man's relatively polite attitude and decided against leaving. Instead, he softly said, "Alright then..."

"Caroline Brown, what are you standing there for? Hurry up and show our client around the property!" Mr. Rivera turned and shouted at Manager Brown.

"General Manager Rivera, do you really think this guy can afford a house? Showing properties to someone like him is just a waste of time! He's definitely here to cause trouble!" Caroline, with her attractive charm, protested indignantly.

"Caroline, how many times have I told you? Anyone who walks into our sales office is a potential client. Whether they can afford a house or not, you should treat them well. It's the basic professional ethics of a sales person!" Mr. Rivera declared righteously.

In truth, from their brief interaction, Kingston also sensed that Brentley probably couldn't afford their villas. However, he believed that letting Brentley leave like that would negatively impact their sales office's reputation. That's why he insisted on having Caroline attend to Brentley.

After a moment's hesitation, Caroline walked over to Brentley in her high heels, her tone dripping with arrogance. "Alright, let me show you around
