Chapter 4765: What Goes Around Comes Around

Looking at the handsome young man who walked in leisurely, his face as cold as water, Long Chuyu and Madam Long both froze.

Madam Long's face subtly changed, and she finally couldn't help but rage, "It's you! So it was you who brought people with divine stone cannons to bombard our Forgetful River clan territory?"

She turned to Long Chuyu and roared, "Look at the good son you've raised. This little bastard, his guts are truly growing bigger."

Long Chuyu clutched his chest, coughing heavily a few times. His expression held a hint of disbelief, and his gaze was filled with complexity as he looked at the young man before him.

"Yun'er, why are you doing this?"

A cold indifference, tinged with a strange light, flashed in Ding Yun's eyes. "Do I need any special reason to do this?"

"Yun'er, you hate me, don't you?" Long Chuyu looked at his son with a pained expression, a flickering light seemingly dancing in his eyes.

Young Master Ding couldn't be bothered to look at him, saying coldly, "You think too highly of yourself. I never met you when I was little, and you only found out about my existence recently."

"Towards a stranger, do you think I could harbor hatred?"

Long Chuyu closed his eyes in pain, stating very confidently, "You do hate me."

"Say what you will," Ding Yun waved his hand impatiently. "Men, tie him up."

Immediately, several disciples from the Demonic Cult, dressed in strange clothes, stepped forward and began to act without explanation.

Madam Long tried to resist, but she was no match for Ding Yun at all.

In less than a moment, she was bound by layers of wood spirit entwined by Young Master Ding. Coils of wooden vines twisted around her, binding her tightly.

Madam Long found it difficult to even breathe normally, and her face instantly turned beet red.

Seeing this, Long Chuyu hurriedly said, "Yun'er, you must not treat your lawful mother..."

"Shut up," Ding Yun interrupted Long Chuyu testily, his gaze coldly sweeping over him. "You'd better worry about yourself first."

"Worthless, sickly all over. I don't know what my mother ever saw in you back then."

Long Chuyu stared at his son, his face pale, and opened his mouth, but found himself speechless.

"Long Yun, you unfilial beast!"

"Long Yun?" Young Master Ding playfully recited the name, then turned to Madam Long, who was enveloped in wooden vines, and lashed out with a solid wood spirit whip at the woman.

"Ah!" Madam Long shrieked in pain, her eyes wide with horror, staring incredulously at Young Master Ding.

It was as if she hadn't expected Ding Yun to be so audacious, daring to openly inflict such a cruel hand on her, his lawful mother.

"You rebellious, unfilial beast, how dare you!" Madam Long's hysterical shriek was abruptly cut short by another lash of the whip.

Young Master Ding's eyes were cold as he looked at the woman before him, then he suddenly smiled, as if a spring breeze had brushed his face.

"Madam, do you think that the vicious, heartless, inhuman things you've done will remain unknown forever?"

Madam Long's eyes narrowed slightly, and she instinctively looked back at Ding Yun.

"Long Yun, you, what exactly are you talking about?"

"Madam had better call me Ding Yun," the man's face held a fiercely sinister smile as he coldly looked at Madam Long.

"Did you ever imagine that you would one day fall into my hands?"

"What goes around comes around. It's not that there's no retribution."
