Strongest Gacha God ch21 Roommate.

If one were to ask Felix how life was in a new world, then his answer would be relatively simple and brief.

It was normal or it now was.

He remembered his first day, how eagerly he wanted to survive and how he had done everything he could to escape from the desert lizard.

Then came he first actually fight against one, where with the help of his system and Fortune he had survived.

He then went on to meet Diesel and co.

There first meeting was definitely an unforgettable experience and the cut Diesel had left on his cheek was still visible till now.

Eventually they managed to settle it down, he got to know them, saved them even and killed his first human which wasn't a fun experience.

Back then everything had been tensed but now that he was in the city and had gained a bit of power, such tension had disappeared.

Sure he was an Adventurer and fought monster everyday but the trill of his early days were no more.

The stronger monster had been cleared from the areas around the city leaving the minor one's for the adventurer.

Orchid even if situated almost nowhere was extremely safe and he was glad and yet...

"Is there something I want?"

He felt a calling from no way in particular but a calling to explore the world he was in.

He didn't want to be stuck in one place, he wanted to see all that this world had to offer.

"No not now. Be patient."

Because of how clueless he was about everything he had made decision to be in Orchids for a year before he left.

A year would be more than enough time to reach D rank and maybe near C rank if he was determined enough.

"Sigh...I hate being responsible."

Bitting of a slice of pizza, he unbutton his shirt and sunk deep into the counch calmly observing the TV screen infront of him.

He wanted to watch it but it needed it's switch to he turned on and yet he was too lazy to do it himself.

He could probably hit it with a pebble from his pouch but he wasn't that confident in his self control. His new power were alien to him hence it was far easier for him to make a mistake and destroy something when he didn't mean to.

"Fortune go switch on the plug."

Wording out his instructions, his summon, manifesting ontop his chest, purred in annoyance before leaping of him and pacing down the switch.

"Meow."

One's there, it raise it's right paw and slammed it into the switch, turning it on.

"Very good. Now here's a treat."

Picking a meat topping off his pizza, he tossed it to the cat, who jumped up and caught it with it's mouth before disappearing into a puff of black mist.

With the switch now on, Felix took the remote beside him and switched on the TV for some entertainment.

---------

[Skill banner]

"Fortune!"

Felix stood under the vast expansion of stairs, his steps creating soft ripples against the still sea below him.

Calling upon his summon, which responsible by spawning on his shoulder,he calmly stared at the skill banner.

As an Adventurer he hunted monster and by killing them he gained points to roll on banner.

The higher the rank of the monster he killed the more points he earned.

F was 1.

E was 2

D was 3

C was 5

B was 10

A was 20

Anything above A he couldn't identified but he wasn't particularly in a hurry to fight those entities either.

Dorothy had one's told him A rank could level a city if left unchecked and if a whole categories of monsters were stronger than them, he doubted he was ready to face the yet.

"Fortune active Lucky bomb."

His Summon clearly annoyed slapped it's paws against Felix's face.

[The goddess of fate curses you for such underhanded methods.]

"Well you shouldn't have given me the cat."

Scoffing at the goddess whom didn't like his abuse of Fortune's abilities, he performed a banner summon.

The skies parted like before, revealing a dark void that spat out a violet star.

The star streaking across the skies crashed into him and making his roll know.

[You have obtained beginner rank skill, basic lightning manipulation.]

"That's actually pretty useful." He smiled and opened his palms channeling statics of blue lightning through his fingers.

Watching the coloured discharge, he took out a sword from his inventory and sent lightning through his blade.

The sword crack with lightning as he followed by performing a series of fluid steps Kanon had taught him before brought the blade down in a swift cut.

His sword blurred into a slash while the lightning flowing through it zapped the waters below.

"Nice."

Tossing the sword back into his inventory he took out his trusty catapult and inserted a pebble within.

Like with the sword he allow his lightning to flow within the pebble causing it to shake violently before taking aim at the skies.

With a causal release he sent the lightning coated pebble flying up before crushing his palms and causing the lightning stored within to expanded and explode with the pebble as the center.

"Nice. I'll call it a lightning bomb."

Grinning madly he suddenly felt a click and before he knew it he was standing back in the living room starting abruptly at Dorothy whom had just entered the flat.

"Dorothy." He panicked taking a sudden step back to cool his nerves.

The red haired demon dressed in a cream white sundress and wearing a pair of reading glasses clutch her spell book and watched him in wonder.

"Felix what's wrong?" She asked in concern.

"Nothing."

Pinching the bridge of his nose, he sat down in exhaustion and stared out the window.

Dorothy shrugged at his weird demeanor taking of her shoes and walking to the fridge.

Along the way she placed her book on the table before opening the fridge to notice an anomaly.

"My pizza." She paled noticing two slices were missing.

Glaring around and seeing the oiled plate on the counch, she gritted her teeths in rage and marched toward Felix whom shrunk back in the counch.

"My pizza." She streched out her hand gesturing for him to pay back.

"Now...now Dorothy I merely took two slices.."

"I don't care. Pay up." She responded sharply.

A sigh was the only he could mutter when he saw the frightening stare he was given.
