Calm Before the Storm

Sora, Mashiro, Tsubasa, and Ageha were invited by Ageha's sisters to attend the Summer Fashion Contest in Beika. Despite having fun at first, they eventually discover that more people in Beika are losing faith in the police. As the four struggle with harsh reality, they, along with Conan and his friends, get roped into several mysteries, challenging the relationship between the citizens and police even more. Will peace be restored before it becomes lost forever?
