PHYSICAL TRAINING

The soft hum of magical energy buzzed faintly from the walls of Arslan's room in the Mythic Base. Faint morning light seeped through the window, scattering a pale golden hue over the stone floor. Arslan sat on the edge of his bed, finishing his drink—a bitter herbal mixture meant to help his recovery.

Kar'Thael's voice emerged from within him, deeper than a whisper yet louder than a thought.

> "Your people… they still don't understand how vast the demonic world truly is."

Arslan blinked, still groggy from rest.

> "What do you mean?"

Kar'Thael replied, his voice firm, with a trace of memory beneath it.

> "There are more than thirty levels of devils, from the crawling imps and goblins… to the Demonic Lords who can swallow cities in silence. My father once told me... 'Goblins are the first level—the weakest.'"

The words sank into Arslan like cold steel.

> "Then what we faced… was barely a scratch on the surface?" he asked quietly.

> "Exactly," Kar'Thael said. "Your people are fighting a storm using sticks. The real horrors haven't arrived yet."

He paused, then added sharply,

> "And you, Arslan… you're not ready yet."

Arslan frowned, his pride wounded.

> "You said I'm improving."

> "You are. But improvement isn't strength. Right now, you're using power with little foundation. That won't last in real war. You need a stronger body—the stamina to wield darkness without collapsing."

He sounded like a commander now,

> "If your body can't handle strain, your mind will fall next. You'll lose control, and I can't always protect you from that."

Arslan stood slowly, cracking his knuckles.

> "Then what do we do?"

The Physical Training Begins

> "For the next three days, we will not learn any new technique," Kar'Thael said. "You will train your body—push-ups, pull-ups, running, jumps, pressure resistance—everything to make your frame carry the burden of power."

That day, as morning faded into daylight, Arslan stepped into the back sector of the training grounds—quiet, hidden, and perfect for solitude.

Day 1:

Arslan dropped to the ground and began push-ups. Kar'Thael didn't let him stop until his arms trembled. Then came pull-ups using the high beams of the stone archways, followed by lunges, squats, sprint laps, and core resistance drills.

> "No dark energy. No weapons," Kar'Thael ordered. "Just your will and muscle."

The first day left Arslan soaked in sweat, his shirt clinging to his back, chest heaving. But when he looked at his own reflection in the water basin, he smiled.

> "This… is real work," he said to himself.

---

Day 2:

Kar'Thael intensified the routine. This time it started before sunrise.

> "Hold your breath underwater for two minutes," he instructed as Arslan trained near the cliffside spring.

"Sprint from one wall of the ground to the next, then repeat. Again. And again."

Muscle soreness flared. But Arslan pushed through. When his legs refused, he dragged them. When his shoulders screamed, he gritted his teeth. Kar'Thael didn't praise—he simply guided.

That night, Arslan collapsed in his room, soaked in ice water, breath slow but steady. He was exhausted… but alive.

> "You're holding more than your weight now," Kar'Thael whispered. "That's progress."

---

Day 3:

The final day brought intensity and refinement. Kar'Thael pushed Arslan through combat movement drills—swinging without magic, dodging, crouching, jumping, striking with full physical force.

Arslan began moving smoother. He no longer stumbled from fatigue. His footwork became lighter, his reflexes sharper. He was breathing with rhythm, sweat pouring like a second skin.

> "You're finally building a frame to carry the soul," Kar'Thael said that evening. "Now, you're ready for more."

When Arslan stood shirtless before the small mirror in his room that night, he barely recognized himself. His body had changed—not bulky, but defined. His arms stronger, back straighter, eyes sharper.

He placed a hand on his chest.

> "Kar'Thael…"

> "Yes?"

> "Thank you. Even if you're a bastard sometimes."

Kar'Thael chuckled softly in his mind.

> "Wait until you see the next technique, vessel."

"But one thing more , you will begin push ups, pull ups, mean physical training before every new Techniques"

Arslan said calmly"Okay... I will ...for you babe "

This time Kar'Thael said,"Don't get flirty on me, I will fuck you"

"Have you got a weapon to fuck". Arslan laughs....

"I will show you someday".... KAR'THAEL jokingly said .
