Damon Asiren was just a normal 16 year old who was above average in most activities. He studied, played baseball, and was a massive nerd. From DC to Marvel to Gurren Lagann, he read and watched it all. But, he was an Atheist. That was until god said 11 simple words "[I want you all to put on a show for me]". Before he could think about it, he passed out and woke up in the status realm, a computer in front of him. It tells him the rules of this world and most importantly, the Divinity Hierarchy. He must endure the hardships of this world, and fight his way to the top of the Divinity Hierarchy with the Immeasurable Mana he has.
Normal Grading Hierarchy: Changes with leveling up and upgrading stats, in order from lowest to highest

Divinity Hierarchy: gain divinity through treacherous quests, equivalent to adding a story to the fables and myths of you for people to worship once you've long since been gone.

Immeasurable Mana Will Rewrite My Story

If I told you that I was training with the 2 strongest mortals on this half of the planet, what training would you imagine? Deep studying? Constant sparring to improve my sword technique? Well, you would be completely wrong.

On my first day of training, they found an [E Grade] Dragon and forced me to fight it in their Coliseum. They told me that if I died, Merlin could just bring me back. It would be important to note that [E Grade] Dragons are able to lay waste to a city with ease.

I didn't even get to try and say that this was crazy because the dragon had already tried to lunge at me. [Haste level 1, Speed Burst level 1, and Like the Wind level 1 activated] If I didn't activate my spells, I wouldn't have had the chance to dodge.

"You guys are insane for having me fight a dragon a whole rank above me." The dragon shot a fire blast at me, but since I had activated my spells, I had enough time to dodge. And it spits fire, meaning that my only actual offensive spell, Flare, won't affect it.

Thankfully I pulled out my longsword after dodging the first time. I sped towards the dragon at full speed, dodging its claws and fire breath, albeit barely. I jumped with all the force I could muster and swung my sword at its neck. It had no effect on it. The dragon then swiped me away, knocking me into a wall.

I got knocked out of my spells and couldn't even stand. I thought I was really going to experience death for the first time. They said Merlin would bring me back, so I'd go through all the pain of death and then come back from it. I don't want to experience death; I don't want to feel this pain anymore. I need to get stronger for my friends.

[System detected injuries] I couldn't stop myself from coughing blood. [System detected life force depleting] [Mana requirement met. Would you like to accept the spells prepared for you?] Accept. I accept the spells.

[Passive Healing Level 1 unlocked] [Passive Regeneration Level 1 unlocked] Since both were passive, they kicked in as soon as I unlocked them. I was still bleeding as the dragon backed me into a corner. "Looks like this is the end then." I wasn't ready to die, so I was ready to put up the fight of my life.

[Sword Dance Level 1 Unlocked] There was another skill? It doesn't matter. I need everything I can get. [Sword Dance Level 1, Haste Level 1, Speed Burst Level 1, and Like the Wind Level 1 activated] If it wasn't for having Immeasurable Mana, even if only 1% of it, activating that many spells and a skill would kill me by itself.

In one last desperate act, I shot myself towards the dragon, dodging its attacks like before, but this time something different happened: I parried its claw swipe. I was completely shocked. Just moments ago I was on the ground dying, and now I was going toe to toe with a live dragon. I jumped towards it yet again. This time I looked the dragon in the eye, seeing that it had fear in its eyes now.

I swung my sword, slicing through its scales and severing off its mouth. It collapsed and soon died. [You have defeated an E-Grade Dragon; giving rewards momentarily.] I fell backwards afterwards. I had really done it. I beat a dragon on my third day in the new world. Sure, it was only an [E-Grade], but it was a dragon nonetheless. Most nerds only fight dragons in DND, but I had fought one in person and actually won. Before I had the chance to celebrate I passed out from the exhaustion of using so much Mana at once.
