Lucian's POV
I slammed my fist against my locker, the metal denting under the impact. The hallway fell silent as everyone froze, staring at me.
"What the hell are you all looking at?" I growled.
The crowd scattered instantly, their fear thick in the air. Good. I needed space.
"Dude, what's wrong with you today?" Elias asked, leaning against the lockers beside me.
I ignored him, pulling my books out roughly. The image of Gareth hugging Aria yesterday kept replaying in my mind like a twisted film I couldn't turn off. What bothered me most was how happy she looked—smiling up at him like he was some kind of hero.
"Earth to Lucian," Elias waved his hand in front of my face.
"Nothing's wrong," I muttered, slamming my locker shut.
Behind us, Gareth and Xavier approached, deep in conversation.
"So you're actually bringing the omega to your party?" Xavier asked, eyebrows raised.
My head snapped up. "What omega?"
