Sync: BTMPMC takes place in a universe where a dimension rift has brought monsters, death and destruction into our world, and with the monsters - a powerful type of magic. Mage's and Conduits are able to harness this magic force into powers that they use to battle the monsters in a quest for survival.



While Mage's can manipulate this magic into attacks and defenses, it has a devastating effect on the human body, which was never designed to harness such power. Conduits have the ability to stabilize this corrupting force, and do so through physical contact with Mages.



Without Mages, humanity would be doomed to fall to the monsters, and without Conduits, Mages would be doomed to fall to their magic's corruption.



Emma, a citizen of the colony Floating City, has recently been feeling strange. She buries herself in her work, anything to avoid thinking of the strange sensations she has been noticing.



But how long can she avoid the truth? That like her sister, who has gone missing since enlisting in the Conduit Forces, she is awakening.
