Mystical Palm Technique (51)

When they arrived in Konoha, Tsunade went to give their report. He, in fact, wrote his report in; she was the only one needing to say it vocally. All three of them had to give reports to see if everything checked out.

The Hokage did praise them for their amazing skills.

"Seijuro Kurama."

Seijuro stood straight, while making sure at the same time not to be disrespectful to the Hokage.

"You showed remarkable quick thinking and tactical awareness. Your use of Genjutsu and clone coordination outpaced expectations for someone not even a Genin. Very impressive."

Seijuro felt some light scheming behind the old man's eyes. He made sure to keep a note of that.

"I look forward to seeing what kind of shinobi you become."

Then he turned to the blond next to him.

"Nawaki."

The blonde straightened like he was about to receive a medal from Kami herself.

"You're growing into a fine shinobi. Your grandfather would be proud. And I daresay, so am I."

Nawaki nearly burst into happy tears on the spot but held it in with the dignity of a proud little cousin.

Mostly.

"And finally... Mikoto Uchiha."

The Hokage's eyes twinkled just a bit.

"You carry the poise and clarity of mind that will make you an exceptional kunoichi. The village's future... is in strong hands."

Mikoto blinked, bowing her head silently. But there was a faint blush on her cheeks. Not that she'd ever admit it.

Hm.

'He really knows how to make an impression,' Seijuro would think to himself, feeling the power that the old man gave off. It was strong, yet right now, felt gentle, like a grandpa speaking to his grandchildren.

Hm.

"For such an accomplishment, I shall grant you access to an A-rank jutsu of your choosing."

Wow, the old man really knew how to get them excited.

Seijuro would accept it—no need to deny it. Sure, this might be a chance like no other to get medical ninjutsu. No, he would take this chance to learn the

Mystical Palm Technique.

It was a very good healing technique, and this was what he would choose. Using this technique, he would use it to get closer to Tsunade, ask some tips about it, and learn more about medical ninjutsu. He knew for a fact her ass probably would hand him like 50 books and tell him to read all of them before she started teaching him.

But frankly, right now this was the goal. The more he knew about medical ninjutsu, the better.

"You are all dismissed."

He would bow before leaving, his mind still running through thousands of scenarios. He wondered what to do.

When he got home, he would look at Nawaki's blood, analyze it, see what made it so active. He wouldn't be dumb enough to simply, well, you know, inject it into his body. If his cells didn't like it, that would be like doing control Z on his existence.

Which is something he would much rather avoid for now.

Going to the area, he would show his Hokage-approved seal, walk into the area—this time, no Genjutsu activated—look around a bit, and see it.

The A-rank medical ninjutsu:

Mystical Palm Technique,

which he would take. Though before that, he would activate a Genjutsu, making it seem like he was observing the Genjutsu and medical ninjutsu area.

Meanwhile, he himself went toward the sealing area.

Frankly, there wasn't much there.

Though he did find the full Eight Trigrams Seal, which he copied to memory, the Multi Shadow Clone Jutsu—once again copied to memory—even if he could only do like 8 of them max, still useful to know instead of not knowing, the Water Dragon Jutsu, alongside some other jutsu.

The Genjutsu would eventually shatter when he went to the medical jutsu area and took the jutsu he had come here for.

The person would analyze it, make sure it was the only thing he took, take the Hokage badge from him, tell him that after he memorized the jutsu to burn the scroll, and then told him to fuck off.

Jeez, someone was having a hard love life.

Well, he had a long time before war started—he says, as if getting missions with Tsunade wasn't getting harder—and the fact that the war had started.

Yes, the war had in fact already started. Here he thought it would take a while longer.

But no, the old man in power really wanted to have this bloodbath. War had started already, which meant soon enough, Tsunade wouldn't be an option. He needed to learn medical ninjutsu from her ASAP.

But before that, he needed to learn some basics of that jutsu.

So, upon getting home, greeting Yui, reporting back to his clan head, he would summon 8 shadow clones, and all 8 of them would begin practicing medical ninjutsu, capturing all sorts of animals to practice it on.

Never stopping, not even for a second.
