The next day, the boys, Nian, and Xuanye were still fast asleep. At 6 a.m., some rustling began. Dino, DK, and Minghao were inside the room, and Dino had taken on a serious mission — styling the grooms.
He handed a crisp white suit to DK and a rich red-brown one to Minghao. "Wear these," he ordered. DK stared at the suit with disbelief.
"Dino… am I going to negotiate peace talks at their house? Even if I wear a simple outfit, their parents will see my sincerity," he pouted.
Dino shook his head dramatically. "If you want to impress them at first glance, you need to look like this. Look — even Minghao didn't complain!"
Minghao, who had been inspecting his outfit in the mirror, was silently processing. Even if I dress simply, their parents will accept me... right? But this suit… it's so bright... He sighed deeply.
Eventually, the two boys changed into the outfits and stood in front of the mirror. Dino styled their hair, turning into their unofficial hairstylist. After a final head bath and comb-through, the boys stood still, surprised by their own reflections.
DK did a little twirl and exclaimed, "Dino! I didn't think I could look this cute and handsome in bare face!"
Dino tapped his shoulder with a proud grin. "You look awesome."
He turned to Minghao, who was still admiring himself.
With his trademark sunflower smile, Minghao said, "Thanks, Dino. I look… adorable."

Meanwhile, the girls woke up around 8 a.m. The morning sun poured into the room. Nian turned to Xuanye and giggled, "Today... we're going to meet our parents."
Xuanye smirked, "Mainly, I want to see how they and our parents react. I'm so curious!"
They got up and stepped outside. In the living room, the other members had already woken up and were lounging on the couch. Jun and Wonwoo noticed DK and Minghao were still missing and said in unison,
"Dino must be grooming the grooms."
They looked at each other, laughed, and gave a playful handshake.
Woozi added, "Guys, imagine how our dorm would be if those two got married. We'd be a whole family! If their parents approve, I'll personally plan the decoration and venue."
Scoups chimed in, "And I'll sing at the wedding!"
Jeonghan and Hoshi raised their hands. "Count us in too."
Vernon smirked, "We can show DK's embarrassing moments and Minghao's martial arts clips. A wedding + a SEVENTEEN variety show."
Joshua nodded. "It'd be the ultimate behind-the-scenes wedding."
Wonwoo grinned. "If their parents approve, we'll start planning now. We're marrying them off."
The boys laughed and nodded.
Boo raised an eyebrow. "Guys, shouldn't they propose first?"
Jun added, "Yeah, the way things are going, they might even reach the kids stage first," and then hid behind Boo, flustered.
Boo laughed. "So if they have a child, we're uncles, right?"
Hoshi clapped with excitement. "Yes! I'll buy them toys and tell them stories about their fathers. I'll be their favorite uncle!"
Jeonghan fell onto Mingyu and said, "Hoshi, save some of that excitement for the actual wedding, will you?"
Woozi swung his legs shyly. The dorm was filled with laughter and teasing.
---
At that moment, DK and Minghao walked out — glowing in their suits. The boys clapped, and Nian and Xuanye walked over, eyes wide.
"Loudie, why are you dressed like this?" Nian asked, stunned. "Are you heading to a job interview?"
DK chuckled. "Yeah, Nian. A parents' interview."
The members burst into laughter.
Xuanye stepped forward, smiling. "Hao, you look amazing."
Minghao smiled softly. "Really, Ye? I was wondering how to impress your parents."
Xuanye lightly tapped his arm. "Don't overthink it. You look like you're ready for a wedding, though."
Boo and Dino shouted in unison, "Yeah! They're already dressed like grooms. Only the brides need to show up now!"
They hugged each other and squealed, "Hoshiya, we're soulmates~!"
The dorm exploded with laughter. DK and Minghao stood frozen, cheeks bright red. Nian and Xuanye, equally shocked, asked, "Are you guys serious right now?!"
Woozi added in a low voice, "We were just wondering what your wedding would look like…"
The other boys whooped and swarmed Woozi with laughter. DK and Minghao tackled them with playful pillow attacks.
Scoups laughed, "Hey! We're not wrong! We just want to see your wedding faces!"
The girls, speechless, joined the pillow fight, knocking the boys for teasing them so much.
When they finally settled down, the girls turned to DK and Minghao.
"Wait here," Nian said. "We'll go get ready and then leave together."
The boys nodded, still catching their breath from laughter.
---
As the girls went to freshen up, the boys continued their teasing.
"Groom, when are you getting married?" Boo asked DK.
"Don't forget the wedding invite!" Hoshi called out.
"You two better send us cake," Mingyu added.
DK and Minghao grabbed nearby pillows and launched them in retaliation, but their smiles were too bright to hide. They were… genuinely happy.
When the girls came out, ready to leave, they chuckled upon seeing DK and Minghao nervously waiting by the door like they were being sent off to war.
"These two… acting like we're about to kidnap them," Xuanye laughed.
The boys picked up their luggage, took a deep breath, and said, "Shall we go?"
As they stepped outside, the members followed behind. Elbows nudged, fingers gave thumbs up, and playful smirks were everywhere.
Hoshi sighed dramatically, "I want to know what it feels like to be an uncle..."
Vernon replied, deadpan, "Then pick someone and get married, Hoshi."
The boys burst into another round of laughter.
Hoshi turned to Boo. "I'll marry him, then."
He walked toward Boo with outstretched arms. Boo shrieked, grabbed a pillow, and prepared for battle.
And with that, the dorm echoed with laughter again — a little chaotic, a little messy, but entirely full of love.
