As I enjoyed Yoko, back in China, a police car pulled up to the mansion, and a man and a woman got out. "We got a noise complaint from the neighbor; maybe that piece of shit son did something we can lock him up for." The woman said this, making the man yell. "Watch your tongue; that is treason. No one in the Party would do something like cover for a rapist. That man was clearly lying to dishonor China." Said the man, making the woman sick to her stomach; she hated how this country was and wished for it to change.
As the man knocked on the front door, it moved a little as he pushed it open to see a half-eaten female on the floor, making him run to the yard and throw up as the woman looked on, pulling out her service weapon and slowly walking into the mansion. "It's the police; anyone here shows themselves." She walked past a mirror and into the hallway as she held her weapon open, coming to the first door. She looked inside to see the owner on the bed with his eyes open. "Sir?" She called out and entered the room, seeing a hole in the wall and signs of two bodies being completely turned into mush, making her run out of the house, throwing up.
The man saw her throw up and knew it was bad. Walking back to the police car and radioing in for more police, as there has been a murder. "Who could do something like that?" The man said this, causing the woman to look up. "Someone who hated that family to its core." She said, making them both think of one person as they went to the computer and typed in the man's name. "That's odd. He has been in the drunk tank for the last four hours, and the call came in thirty minutes ago. So I doubt it was him." The female cop said, but then the man chimed in.
"Unless he hired someone, but with his standing in society, I doubt anyone would take his money, not that he had enough to pay someone for the job." He said, making her scuff. "It could be infighting within the Party; after all, it's known that he was close to the leader. Maybe someone wanted to weaken the leader." She said sarcastically, making the man glare. "Say another word, and I will turn you in for treason; our government is far better than the West, and we wouldn't kill each other for power." He said, making her turn around and roll her eyes. What a fucking bootlicker, I need a new partner. This one is shit.
A moment later, more police cars pulled up, followed by the Captain of their station. "What's going on?" He asked as the female police officer spoke. "I counted four killed, three in evil ways, one looking like he was strangled to death, sir." She said, making him look at the house and walk towards it with two other police officers as they pushed open the door. The two officers covered their noses and mouths, trying not to throw up, while the Captain walked in. Heading into the daughter's room, he looked at the fat, bald man walking towards the bed as he put on gloves and pulled the suit's collar down, revealing the marks on his neck. He nodded to the police officers before walking back out into the dining room and kitchen.
"This is odd. Did the killer cook dinner? And why is their vomit on the floor here?" The Police Captain said before looking over to see the blood trail into a different room and opening the door, finding the son, making him sigh. "Take pictures and send them to the station's detectives. I need to make a call." The Captain said, walking out of the house and getting into his car. He pulled up a number and studied it for a while before making the call. "I believe we have a case that needs your Sect's help. It's pretty gruesome, and I would like your help. As this looks worse than the 2011 case." He said as an old man's voice responded.
"Send me the address, my student, and I will be right there as I am in town today for an auction." The man on the other end of the phone said before hanging up, as the Captain texted the address and waited. A limousine pulled up about an hour later, and a young man in his late teens walked out with an air of pride and arrogance, bowing to an older man with a long, white beard who stepped out in old-style clothing.
"Elder Lee, it's a pleasure to meet you again." The Police Captain said as the old man nodded. "Captain Hue, this is my disciple. His name is Hóng Wáng, and he is our Sect's most talented youngster." Elder Lee said, making him smile at the joy he felt in having someone called the Son of Heaven as his disciple. "Let's take a look at the crime. If a Demonic cult is responsible, we shall deal with it." Elder Lee said as the Captain led the way inside, making the police officers clear the building.
"Master, this woman was eaten by something not human." Hóng Wáng said, squatting down near the body. "What kind of animal would do something like this to a woman? I will make sure they pay. As the most gifted person on Earth, I must strike down the wicked." He said, looking arrogant at his master as they walked around the mansion. "Master, I don't sense any demonic qi at all." He said, looking confused. His master ran his fingers through his beard as he nodded. "I don't feel it, too, but I do feel a strange energy that I haven't felt before. Disciple, give me a talisman." Elder Lee said as his student pulled one out of his sleeve, and Elder Lee threw it up into the air, beginning to do hand signs as the paper turned black and metallic before returning to his hand.
"We will return to the Sect and let Lady Cloud Dreamer try to trace this energy for us. Captain Hue, I can say that this wasn't a normal human doing the killing. It's best you let us take care of it, or your officers may die from something they can't handle." Elder Lee said, as they walked towards the front door, that they needed to make haste back to the Sect. Lucky for them, this city was at the base of the mountain range to their Sect. They got into the car and sped off, reaching the mountain range in ten minutes.
"Master, do we need to hurry so much? I am more than capable of handling the villain who committed this act. Once we know where they are, I will kill them in the name of the Righteous Path." Hóng Wáng said with pride in his power. "I do not doubt your abilities, but you must never underestimate your enemy. This energy is foreign to me, and the world is vast. If it's an enemy from outside of China, then you'd best be prepared." Elder Lee said, making him click his tongue. "Cultivation is the only true path to power; magic and other forms are inferior, just like other countries are inferior to China." Hóng Wáng said as if it were a matter of fact.
His master sighed as his student was gifted, but his arrogance would be his downfall. As they made their way into the mountain range with a quick pace, stopping in front of a gate, the guards bowed as they entered and walked up the stairs. Elder Lee couldn't shake the bad feeling he had about this, as if it was something he shouldn't get involved in, but the Righteous Path hunts those who do evil. So he pushed forward until he walked onto a mountaintop that was populated only by females.
"I am here to see Lady Cloud Dreamer; please tell her I am here." Elder Lee said, waiting for one of the female students to enter the building as a middle-aged woman, along with two younger women, walked out. His student couldn't stop looking at the two younger women, as they were the twin goddesses of their Sect; they weren't blood sisters, but they were always together. "Elder Lee, what may I do for you?" The middle-aged woman said, making him smile with her sweet voice.
"I need your help tracking an Energy that I haven't come across before." He said as she nodded and signaled him to follow her. Hóng Wáng slid next to the twin sisters, placing his hand on their lower back, which made them move away. "Junior sister Mei Ling and Junior sister Hua Yi, why do you act so cold? Let us talk about the Dao, shall we, while our masters work." He said, smiling, as they desired to run away, but he was the next head of the Sect, and they feared his wrath, so they could only bite their tongues and follow after their master. Hoping he will leave soon.
