Meta: Rise of Omni

10 years ago, the godlike beings known as Metahumans all vanished. The last known record of them was when Liberty, strongest man alive, fought DemiUrge, the walking calamity.



In a battle worthy of gods, they destroyed city after city while exchanging blows for hours on end. In a last ditch effort to stop the death and destruction, Liberty grabbed DemiUrge and flew straight into the core of the sun.



That day, the Metabands, which gave the Metahumans their abilities, stopped working, and the Age of Metas came to a stop. Until now, 10 years later, an unfortunate situation gives birth to the first Meta of the new generation.
