In a world where 40% (3.26B ppl) of the world’s population have powers activated by an organ in the body located next to the heart called a quantum lever, our mc Shoyo Akabane starts his 1st year in a prestigious high school for quantum mages in Tokyo Japan, called “11 international high school”. He has come to this school with a specific goal in mind, to find the living 5 of the original 11 great mages of history to uncover the truth behind his father’s disappearance. In his journey, he meets many new people and battles many remarkable opponents.
