Kitazawa's Byakugan

Kitazawa couldn't help but smile as he listened to their discussion. In their eyes, Hyuga Neji had become a terrifying demon.

But thinking carefully, they couldn't really be blamed. After all, Neji was famous.

"I will now announce the rules of the friendly match." Kitazawa clapped his hands. Once they quieted down, he listed all four events.

"These four items sound really familiar." Ino asked in surprise, "Isn't this the special training Mr. Kitazawa gave us?"

"Could it be that Mr. Kitazawa can predict the future?" Sakura wondered aloud, stunned.

In her memory, Uchiha Sasuke and Hyuga Hinata had started special training a month ago.

At that time, there definitely hadn't been a friendly match scheduled with Class A of the second year.

"It's not a future prediction." Shikamaru spoke after thinking for a moment, "It's probably that these events were personally chosen by Mr. Kitazawa."

"Hahaha!" Naruto put his hands on his hips and laughed, "I'll definitely get first place in the physical fitness test!"

With his strong physique and Might Guy's special training, he brimmed with confidence.

"Arrogant guy!" Kiba couldn't bear his smug expression and muttered.

"I think you're just jealous of me!" Naruto replied proudly.

"..." Inuzuka Kiba gritted his teeth.

In the physical fitness test, he really couldn't outrun Uzumaki Naruto. This guy's physical strength was more terrifying than the ninja dog he raised at home. He was practically... Konoha's mad dog.

"Be careful of Hyuga Neji." Aburame Shino adjusted his sunglasses and reminded calmly.

"It's okay. Teacher Kitazawa will take care of it." Ino said with a confident smile.

"Not bad," Hyuga Hinata softly agreed.

Nara Shikamaru shook his head. You're putting your hopes on a Chunin teacher? You clearly don't understand his limits.

He knew it would be difficult. But since it was just a friendly match, it didn't matter even if they lost.

"In order to prepare for the friendly match next month, I've created a training plan tailored to your strengths." Kitazawa said calmly, "We'll go over it when the practical class begins. For now, let's start the lesson."

The first class today was "The Will of Fire."

Kitazawa was already a master at teaching it. Amidst laughter and joy, the lesson ended.

Kitazawa left the classroom and returned to the office. Accompanying him were Uchiha Sasuke and Hyuga Hinata.

Without any prompting, the two took the initiative to begin training.

Soon, it was afternoon.

The last class for first-year Class A was the practical class.

Kitazawa revealed the training plan to everyone. He divided them into two groups based on their first monthly exam results.

The first group, with average scores, wouldn't participate in the friendly match. They were to focus on classroom training.

The second group had outstanding results, led by Hinata and Sasuke.

Sasuke was still working on the chakra nature transformation. In addition to Hyuga Hinata, Yamanaka Ino, and Haruno Sakura, even Nara Shikamaru and Akimichi Choji were included for chakra control training.

Oh, and Aburame Shino too.

The rest of the students were undergoing physical training under Uzumaki Naruto and Inuzuka Kiba's leadership.

As for the final practical training, Kitazawa planned to start intensive special training in two weeks.

The class ended.

Shikamaru collapsed on the ground, completely drained. He never imagined Kitazawa would assign him tree-climbing practice.

It was a devastating blow to his slacker lifestyle.

Kitazawa noticed Shikamaru lying there like a salted fish. He chuckled and said nothing.

That was just Shikamaru's nature—unless pushed, he wouldn't work hard.

"Thanks for your hard work today. I've prepared some snacks for you." Kitazawa pulled out a spiritual storage scroll with a smile.

Hinata instinctively touched her stomach. After Kitazawa's words, she suddenly felt hungry.

"Awesome!" Akimichi Choji sprang to his feet, instantly revived.

"Only Mr. Kitazawa would think of something like this!" Ino grinned. She wasn't greedy, but she wouldn't say no to snacks either.

"Sasuke-kun, I'll get yours!" Sakura jumped up and ran to Kitazawa.

"..." Uchiha Sasuke looked a little helpless. He didn't even like snacks.

"Sasuke-kun, this one's for you!" Sakura returned, proudly presenting the bag.

Sasuke was about to refuse—until he noticed the three-color dango inside. It was Uchiha Itachi's favorite. His favorite, too.

He glanced at Sakura's own snack bag—it wasn't the same as his. Even this small detail... they had put in so much thought? For a moment, Sasuke truly admired Kitazawa.

He took a bite of the dango. It was really sweet.

"Teacher Kitazawa!" As the others were leaving, Hyuga Hinata ran over.

"This is for you." Kitazawa handed her four large bags of snacks.

"Th-thank you, Teacher Kitazawa." Hinata blushed, clutching the bags awkwardly.

"I've told you before—being able to eat is a blessing." Kitazawa patted her head and said gently, "You're welcome."

"Mm." Hinata felt a warm sensation spread through her heart.

"I'll walk you home." Kitazawa took the snacks from her arms. "These are too much for you to carry alone."

Hinata's heart leaped. She quickly nodded. She subconsciously wanted to stay with Kitazawa just a little longer.

---

At the Hyuga residence.

Kitazawa saw a tall figure standing straight like a pine tree from a distance, radiating authority.

"Father!" Hinata ran over and bowed respectfully.

"Chief Hiashi." Kitazawa thought silently, As expected, then greeted him politely.

"You're Kitazawa?" Hiashi asked in a calm voice.

"Yes." Kitazawa nodded.

"Thank you for looking after Hinata during this time." With that, Hiashi turned and entered the courtyard.

The courtesy was there, but the pride beneath it was unmistakable.

Kitazawa wasn't surprised. The Hyuga and Uchiha clans were both proud, but the Hyugas were more subtle about it.

"See you tomorrow, Teacher Kitazawa." Hinata clutched her snacks and waved, reluctant to part.

"Why did you bring back so many snacks?" Hiashi looked at the four bulging bags and raised a brow.

"It was a reward from Mr. Kitazawa." Hinata paused, then said firmly, "And I can eat it all."

"You can have snacks, but not too much." Hiashi frowned. "Three proper meals are most important."

"I can eat them all." Hinata gathered her courage. "I have a big appetite."

Hiashi blinked. His first thought was that she was lying—but then, he paused.

As clan head, he knew that having a strong appetite could be a strength. The Akimichi clan of Konoha was living proof.

"How much can you eat?" Hiashi asked seriously.

"If it's the bowls at home... I can eat ten," Hinata replied cautiously.

"Hahaha!" After two seconds of silence, Hiashi burst out laughing.

"...?"

Hinata was stunned. It was the first time she had seen him laugh like that. Was it because she could eat? It seems Mr. Kitazawa was right.

[Current task: Feed your deskmate Hinata Hyuga until she takes the initiative to reveal the secret.

Task reward: Byakugan.

Kitazawa, walking down the road, suddenly widened his eyes.
