Synopsis

Great Mangaka In a parallel world strikingly similar to our own, one thing is missing: manga as we know it has never existed. There are no shōnen legends, no iconic detectives, no cultural wave of stories told through ink and panels.

Until now.

Reborn with memories from another life, a teenager debuts at fifteen with an original mystery series that sends shockwaves through the industry. Within weeks, the name Mirai sparks nationwide conversation—his work reshaping what storytelling means in this world.

Some call him a genius. Others, a disruptor. But whether he's praised or condemned, one thing is clear: he changed the game.

As his stories expand across novels, games, and animation, the young creator becomes more than a mangaka—he becomes a cultural force.

“He reshaped our lives and set the tone for an entire era. A miracle in the world of storytelling. The king of comics. Maybe he was born to shake the world.” — TIME Magazine

This book is good but I feel the elements of chinese in this translation, The Mc is mangaka but why involve so much drama, too much attention for a newbie artist and many low level critics as a part of chinese novel culture even though the setting is in Japan.

The story is good, the events develop quickly, and I don't want to skip any chapters. For me, the most memorable character is the protagonist's mother, but the translation is sometimes flawed, which has led to a lower rating. However, I am looking forward to the continuation. 4.6

Hello everyone, this is the author (translator, actually). First and foremost, I'd like to thank you for taking the time to read this novel. I found it by chance and, seeing that no one had translated it, I decided to do so, albeit with many changes, hehe. Anyway, if you notice any inconsistencies in the chapters or incorrect pronoun usage, it's because English is my second language, more or less. I mean, I can speak and read it, but it's very difficult for me to write natively, so I first write it in my mother tongue and then translate it. Initially, I used the free version of Copilot, but it has many limitations, mainly that it doesn't retain information when changing character names; it changed them so much that in the end, I didn't know who each character was, so I decided to try a paid AI. Wow, how wonderful and easy it makes everything! I started using the paid AI from chapter 56 onwards, so the translation and readability should hopefully improve. Well, anyway, thank you for reading this novel. If anyone is curious about the original material, it is this: 大漫画

Nice story and I'm looking forward to more. Only suggestion I can give you, if it's not too much trouble, is that the pronouns need some work. Kinda all over the place. 👍
