## Chapter 30: The Beginning of the Alliance
---
"I am building an organization," Lux said, his eyes fixed on John. "An organization that will not yield to any existing power in this world. An organization that will reshape the future on our own terms."
John looked at Lux intently. "And why me? I'm a killer, wanted everywhere. Why do you want me in your organization?"
"Because you possess the power I need, and unwavering determination," Lux replied honestly. "And because you're not just a criminal. You're someone with a vision, even if it's different from others'."
"I work alone," John said, his voice carrying a note of skepticism. "I don't follow orders. And I trust no one."
"I'm not asking you to blindly follow my orders," Lux stated. "I'm asking you to join me as a partner. We will work together, but you will retain your freedom. And you won't need to worry about who's hunting you. My organization will provide you with protection, and much more."
Lux paused for a moment, then continued: "I know about your past, John. About the injustice you suffered, and why you chose this path. I don't judge you. Rather, I understand."
John's eyes widened slightly. How did Lux know all this?
"Are you ready to continue fighting alone, always a target for the Confederacy and other organizations?" Lux asked. "Or are you ready to try something new? To be part of something bigger, something that can change this world?"
Lux extended his hand towards John. "Join me, John. You won't regret it. Together, we can make new history. History that we control."
John looked at Lux's hand, then at the glowing black sword tattoo on his arm. He felt an unusual power emanating from this mysterious man. A power that instilled fear, but also respect. He realized that Lux was serious, and that he was no ordinary person.
"What will be my first mission?" John finally asked, his voice carrying a hint of challenge and curiosity.
Lux offered a cold smile. "First, you must find me a secret headquarters in this kingdom. A safe place from which we can build our new organization. And second, you must help me find other followers. The strongest, the most loyal. Followers who do not fear the darkness, but embrace it."
John nodded. He had made his decision. Lux was offering him an opportunity he had never dreamed of. A chance for power, influence, and most importantly, a chance to change this world on his own terms. He had finally found someone who could understand him, someone who did not fear the darkness within him.
"Deal," John said, shaking Lux's hand. His grip was firm, a silent vow of new loyalty.
As Lux and John stood in the abandoned warehouse, darkness surrounded them, but a glimmer of power began to glow around them. A new alliance had begun, an alliance that would change the course of events in this kingdom, and perhaps in this entire world.
What will happen when Lux begins to build his organization with John? And who will be the next to join their ranks?
