I apologize in advance to the reader if anything in what is written seems offensive or simply sad to him or her) It gives off the spirit of Trench Crusade or the game "Blasphemy": a miracle, but with an exorbitant price. Sound very fitting for this dark settings. At least, while reading his new ability’s description, I heard this church organ motif. The idea is very interesting. There's not much more to say yet. Perhaps… the first act of the protagonist's character can be given a respectful nod. Few dared to give their heroes' abilities negative effects. Bro keep writing this story it's interesting other fics that I've read are either abandoned or uninteresting so I'm looking forward to the continuation.
The idea is great, and although I'm not that versed when it comes to writing, the fighting and interactions seem pretty good. The chapters are short, but that's not bad, there's no need to add fluff for word count. Would love to see where this story goes and there's no need to feel demotivated the story is great.
