Shameless Review From Author!. I picked this as it has a lot of potential, the idea is fun and unique The writing quality is quite good, so I want you to give it a try. I recommend it.
Not much to say really, translation story with very mid grammar, character interactions, speaking, everything is what you’d expect from that. I thought it was an actual fic at first which is why I gave it a shot. Character is super op from the start that joins the marines. Has chakra to use jutsus and can take devil fruit powers to grant more tomoe’s for his rinnegan. No struggles, which means this isn’t something you would take seriously at all. Read if you’re bored pretty much sums it up.
