After Chiga briefly demonstrated the power of lightning, no one dared to question his strength anymore.

Even the usually unruly Wyper stood silently to the side, glancing nervously at Chiga, uncertain of what Skypiea's fate would be from now on.

Conis noticed the concern too, but she wasn't overly worried. In her heart, even if Brother Chiga became the next "God" of Skypiea, he'd still be far better than the tyrannical Enel.

Besides, wasn't Brother Chiga a righteous Marine?

Chiga swept his gaze across the crowd. Gan Fall and the others instinctively lowered their heads, not daring to meet his eyes.

Seeing this, Chiga sighed inwardly. Was he really that terrifying?

After a brief moment, a door opened in the air beside him. From it, Shiki floated out, hovering beside Chiga, his dull Rinnegan eyes wide open.

Everyone was startled by the sudden appearance of Shiki. Noticing that his eyes were the same as Chiga's, they assumed this man must be one of Chiga's clansmen. But what did Chiga intend by summoning him?

Conis eyed Shiki curiously, then turned to Chiga.

"Brother Chiga, who is this? His eyes are the same as yours. Is he your clansman?"

Chiga didn't respond. Instead, Shiki opened his mouth and spoke in Chiga's voice and tone:

"No, this is one of my avatars. When I'm not here, he is me. He'll stay behind and act as the new god of Skypiea."

Conis tilted her head, only half-understanding. Seeing this, Chiga added,

"Have you heard of a Den Den Mushi? Just think of him as one of those."

"I've read a little about them... So, Brother Chiga, are you leaving? Can you take me with you? I want to join the Marines too!"

"Huh?"

Chiga stared at her, a little speechless. She reminded him of Nami—curious, fiery—but she was still far too young. Joining the Marines wasn't an option right now.

"No, you're too young. Give it a few more years. If you still want to join by then, just tell this guy."

"Okay…"

Though disappointed, Conis didn't protest. She really was a sweet kid.

Still, Chiga could see the glimmer of sadness in her eyes. He stepped forward, gently took her small hand, and smiled.

"Alright, it won't be that long. Want to see something amazing in the meantime?"

"Eh? Something amazing? What is it, Brother Chiga?"

"Hmm… have you heard of the Golden Bell? How about I take you to ring it?"

"Really?! The Golden Bell is real? I want to see it!"

"Of course. Let's go."

As Chiga prepared to leave with Conis, Wyper and Gan Fall quickly stepped forward. At this point, they no longer cared who became the new god. What mattered was the long-standing conflict between the two tribes.

"God… please forgive our intrusion," Gan Fall said respectfully, "but what will become of our two tribes? How do we move forward from here?"

"Hmm?"

Chiga turned back, recalling the deep-rooted grudge between the Skypieans and the Shandians.

This land had once been part of Jaya Island—the Shandians' homeland—until they were forcibly driven out 400 years ago. The two peoples had been fighting over it ever since.

Gan Fall, being the more benevolent of the two, had already begun easing tensions during Enel's reign. Perhaps today was the opportunity for true peace.

After a brief pause, Chiga raised his hand casually.

"How you live together is your decision. I'll say one thing: don't cause trouble. Got it?"

As he spoke, lightning flickered in his Rinnegan eye, making both Gan Fall and Wyper shudder. They quickly nodded.

The message was clear. Chiga wanted peace between the tribes and would not tolerate any more conflict.

Gan Fall and Wyper exchanged glances, then both breathed a sigh of relief. Their respect for Chiga deepened. He hadn't just defeated Enel—he had also brought stability to Skypiea.

With the matter settled, Chiga looked down at Conis again and smiled.

"Still want to see that purple giant?"

"I do! It's so strong and cool-looking!"

"Heh. Is that so? Then let's go. Everyone, move back."

Earlier, Wyper had been too busy to look at the sky and had missed the sight of the giant. Now, hearing the others mention it again, he stood there blankly.

Gan Fall's expression changed immediately. He still remembered the terrifying, god-like figure from earlier. If that giant appeared here at full size, they'd all be flattened.

Without hesitation, he called out:

"Everyone spread out! Lord God is about to display his divine power!"

Divine power? Wyper and the others were confused, but Gan Fall's tone left no room for doubt. They quickly retreated, clearing the area.

Gan Fall himself moved back several hundred meters, then looked on with anticipation.

He had only seen the Susano'o from afar earlier. Now he wanted a proper look at the majestic figure up close.

After all—no matter what world you're from—what man doesn't like a giant mech?

Chiga didn't keep them waiting. His Rinnegan eyes began to glow, and in an instant, a towering, 300-meter Susanoo appeared. The giant silhouette solidified rapidly, fully formed in the blink of an eye.

Wyper, Laki, and the others were speechless.

"What… what is that? Is this the power of a god?"

Gan Fall's eyes brimmed with tears as he stared at the winged Susanoo.

"This… this is the power of the gods! Look at those wings! I will make this the new totem of Skypiea!"

Inside the diamond-shaped space at the head of the Susanoo, Conis stood holding Chiga's hand tightly. She looked down at the now ant-sized people below, her face glowing with excitement.

Chiga chuckled at her reaction. Even girls got starry-eyed when stepping into a giant like this.

He gently patted her head, making sure she didn't get too overwhelmed and pass out. Then, he controlled the Susanoo to spread its wings and take to the skies.

"So high! We're flying so high, Brother Chiga!"

They soared upward, punching through clouds one after another. Conis jumped around inside the cockpit-like space, her big eyes scanning the breathtaking view.

Finally, a shimmering structure appeared in the clouds—a massive golden bell, shining with ancient beauty.

"Brother Chiga! Is that the Golden Bell? It's so beautiful!"

Chiga didn't reply. He calmly controlled the Susanoo, extending its hand toward the bell. Then, with a flick of its finger—

"This time… I'll ring the Golden Bell."

Dong!

A deep, resonant chime echoed through the sky.

Not just Skypiea—but even ships far below on the sea—heard the sound ring out.

On that day, everyone remembered the silhouette of a purple giant soaring through the clouds… and the golden bell that tolled once more in the heavens.
