Mark died.
Or so he thought.
The next moment, he opened his eyes in a new body—Mark Cain. A name that meant nothing to the world… yet.
Earth was changing.
Alien sightings were no longer urban myths.
Mutants were labeled terrorists.
Governments whispered of controlling superheroes like tools of war.
And then came 2013.
The day the first Kaiju crawled out of the ocean and shattered humanity’s last illusion—that aliens only came from the stars. The event changed the world forever. No one was hit harder than Tony Stark, still haunted by New York’s invasion.
But what no one saw coming… was Mark.
Awakening in a stranger’s body, Mark inherited something unreal—a version of the Omnitrix. Not as a watch, but as a complete genetic transformation system. He doesn’t turn into aliens like Ben did—he becomes them, body and soul. No time limits. No DNA glitches. Even his human form is now an alien species in disguise.
With this power, Mark won’t just hide or survive.
He’ll stand at the center of it all—as a catalyst for the Jaeger Program, a designer of future tech, and a strategist among legends. He’ll meet the heroes he once admired as a fan—mutants, Avengers, enhanced humans—and offer ideas no one else dares speak aloud… like how to break Thanos’s thumb before the snap.
In a world growing darker, where villains evolve and politics twist deeper than any superpower can reach, Mark walks the line between man and alien, fan and leader.
This isn’t a retelling.
This is the start of everything.

fanfic with a lot of potential...........................................................................................................................
I just finished latest chapter 12 so far its decent other character have more screentime than naive mc also based on pacing it seems mc is gonna be a pushover is this inspired from st_scarface previous work?
Hey! PenSpectre here. Nice to see this novel taking off with a strong start! Since we’re already 14 chapters in, I thought it was a good time to drop my first review. From the beginning, it’s clear that the world of this story is a fusion of three different franchises— X-Men, Avengers, and Pacific Rim. The characters from the original universes are written to match their canonical personalities and voices. I’m not sure if I pulled it off flawlessly, but I tried my best—that was my intention from the start. The pacing of the story will vary. Sometimes it’ll be slow, other times medium-paced. That’s intentional, because I want readers to really feel what the characters are going through. Some moments may feel cringey or awkward—but that’s the point. Not every scene has to be perfect or polished. Sometimes, real emotion is messy. Mark was created as a different kind of superhero. Yes, he’ll save people—like stopping a truck from hitting someone—but he’s more than just that. He’s someone who will integrate with the world's power system and eventually build his own path within it. I’m aiming for a broader, more meaningful evolution for him. I see a bigger and different picture with this novel. I’m not going to stick only to the usual sad and dark tone that’s common in mutant/X-Men stories. But I’m also not going to make it all sunshine and rainbows. The story will have what it needs when it needs it—happy moments, sad ones, inspiring scenes, hopeful ones, and more. As both a writer and a reader, I genuinely enjoy this story. Yes, I created it, so of course I like it—but I really like who Mark is becoming. Even though his emotional range shifts slightly in his alien forms, his ability to read the room and think critically stays consistent across identities. Now, about Grey Matter— A lot of readers have said he feels too much like an AI. And yeah, I get that. But here’s how I see it: Galvans (his species) are the epitome of logic and reason. It’s hard for me to imagine a Galvan expressing human-like emotions. Honestly, if Galvans did have the same emotional range as humans, I can’t imagine why they wouldn’t have already conquered the Ben 10 universe instead of building something as noble as the Omnitrix. Think about it—if a human had a Galvan-level mind, wouldn’t they be tempted to create something destructive instead of something meant to protect and unify? That’s why I’ve written Grey Matter as a pure logic-based being, with only minimal emotional expression. He does have emotions—but they’re alien, muted, and not like ours. Sorry for the info-dump, and thank you for reading this review! Please make sure to support this novel with lots of Power Stones and comments, so I don’t end up overthinking and getting discouraged. You know how it is—I’m a writer, and seeing those collection and Power Stone numbers go up feels like my story is leveling up. It really boosts my motivation and clarity, knowing that people are still engaged and enjoying the journey. So please, throw in some Power Stones and drop a few comments! Every bit of support means a lot.
so far so good, more chapters please ........
3 chapters are wasted in the same content showing POV of Avengers, then x men, then civilians, reporters. it gets boring to read and you can clearly tell all the interactions are made by AI, i dint see any effort made by the author
the best crossover between ben 10 and marvel I have seen until now (currently ch 16).................................................................................
great story telling, plus the amazing world background don't know where the story's gonna go but looking forward to it👍 hope you don't drop it early and good luck👍🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
...,............................................................................................,................................................ ......... ......б
Never seen this concept done in a ben 10 fic before, keep up the good work.
well I will give 5 star as i think it a good one but there are just to much explanations and people thoughts also I mean we already know what character thought are but seeing them all things the mc is so strong so this and that even that's ok but over monologue just make strain on the eyes if those are cut out it will be more engaging to read
The Best I've Read So Far, In Fact A Masterpiece ..............
the story has potential like space travel with guardian and many other..............................
Great story telling I love the way you have structured the story, it has great potential and i love it so pls try to keep the updates atleast semi regular. I am giving it 5 stars love your work
This story is one of a kind. So beautiful. Good job my friend.
everything is coming up great 👌 the reaction from every major character is nearly on point with their personalities , please just don't make the main character emotional detached, he was human remember, even the aliens in Ben 10 had emotions like a human. other than that this story is fire to the soul it self 🫡
