Doflamingo, who was leading his family members in a battle against the Marines, was puzzled when he saw Vergo coming straight for him at this time. Vergo knelt on one knee, his voice low. "Doffy, Corazon is a Marine spy... The Op-Op Fruit has already been eaten by that little kid."
As he spoke, the air seemed to freeze. A grin slowly spread across Doflamingo's face, as savage as a flower from hell. "My dear brother... betrayed me?"
The blizzard on Minion Island was cut into pieces by sudden threads. Doflamingo stood in the center of the town, his pink feather coat flying in the wind and snow. He spread his fingers, and countless almost-transparent threads shot out from his fingertips, raging like sharp blades. The entire island of Minion was tightly bound as if by an overturned birdcage.
"Fufufufufu... what an unpleasant night." His laughter was ice-cold, the pupils behind his sunglasses constricting with rage, his killing intent almost solidifying.
"BOOM!!!" Conqueror's Haki suddenly erupted, like a clap of thunder. The glass of the surrounding buildings instantly shattered, and the ruins were torn to dust in an instant.
"Kill him!"
"Bring that little kid... back!!!"
Deep in the snow, Law carried a dying Rosinante, blood dripping from between his fingers, creating a striking red line. In the blizzard, his steps were staggering, but behind him was a howling killing intent.
"Law... put me down." Rosinante's voice was weak but held a hint of determination.
"No! We have to escape!" Law gritted his teeth, tears welling up in his eyes.
Rosinante gently patted his shoulder, that familiar goofy smile appearing on his pale face. "You idiot, listen to me... my brother might not kill me right away, but you're different." He pointed to a half-buried, abandoned treasure chest ahead. "Hide in there. I'll use 'magic' to keep you from being discovered."
"No! We'll go together!" Law's tears were about to fall.
"That's an order!" Rosinante's voice suddenly turned cold. The power of his Calm-Calm Fruit suddenly activated, and a silent barrier pushed Law into the chest, then the lid was gently closed. "Remember, no matter what you hear... don't make a sound."
Snowflakes danced in the air, and the world seemed to stand still. Doflamingo's figure slowly approached, his presence as sharp as a blade.
"Corazon..." That voice was as low as if it came from hell, carrying an uncontrollable killing intent. "Ten years, you've had a lot of fun pretending to be mute, haven't you?"
Rosinante leaned against a broken wall, that goofy smile still on his lips, his blond hair messy with blood. "Long time no see, brother..."
Doflamingo's fingertips trembled slightly, the threads drawing a cold arc in the air. "Where's the Op-Op Fruit?"
Rosinante looked up calmly. "It's already been eaten by that child... He's already escaped the birdcage."
"Fufufufufu..." Doflamingo's laughter suddenly twisted into a savage roar, his eyes bloodshot. "Don't try to fool me with such a clumsy lie!" The next second, the threads suddenly erupted, fiercely piercing Rosinante's shoulder.
"Ugh!" Blood bloomed on the snow, dyeing the whole world red.
Inside the treasure chest, Law bit his lip hard, tears blurring his vision. He desperately tried not to make a sound.
Doflamingo approached, slowly raising his pistol, the cold muzzle pointing at Rosinante's forehead. "Last chance... where is that little kid?"
Rosinante slowly looked up, tears glistening in his eyes, but he still smiled warmly. "He's free... brother."
"BANG!"
Just as he pulled the trigger, space suddenly distorted.
"Swish!!!"
A tall figure appeared out of thin air, his white military cape fluttering in the wind and snow. A hand covered in Armament Haki steadily caught the bullet.
"ROY!!!" Doflamingo's pupils constricted suddenly. He retreated rapidly, his voice a low, out-of-control roar. "Roy... why are you here?!" At this moment, his hand was trembling slightly. The person before him was the monster Rear Admiral who could go head-to-head with the Red-Haired Pirates.
Roy ignored the furious and panicked flamingo and just glanced at the heavily injured Rosinante, his voice low. "You've worked hard. Leave the rest... to me."
Rosinante's pupils widened slightly, then he smiled in relief. "Ah... a reliable guy finally showed up..."
"Fufufu... you think you can escape from my grasp?" Doflamingo, having been ignored, sneered. With a slight movement of his fingers, the threads of the birdcage began to slowly contract, like the scythe of the death god glinting in the wind and snow. The entire island of Minion was under his control, like a sealed cage.
"The entire island is my cage!" Doflamingo laughed, spreading his arms, his voice full of unparalleled confidence and dominance.
However, facing this terrifying blockade, Roy just flicked a finger.
"Swish!"
Space suddenly distorted, and Roy, Rosinante, and Law in the chest vanished without a trace, leaving only the swirling snowflakes in the cold wind.
"What?!" Doflamingo's smile instantly froze, his eyes widening as his Observation Haki spread out like a tide, trying to capture the vanished traces. "I... I can't sense their presence at all?!"
A shock went through his heart, followed by rage. "Could it be... this guy's teleportation isn't restricted by the birdcage at all?!" On the outside, he was still gritting his teeth, but a hint of relief quietly flashed in his eyes—"It's good that the monster Rear Admiral ran away... If we really fought, the outcome would be hard to say..."
But before that thought could fully form—
"What are you thinking about, little flamingo?" a teasing voice suddenly sounded in his ear.
Doflamingo's face changed drastically. He spun around, his pupils constricting. Roy's figure had reappeared in front of him at some point, his white cape fluttering in the wind and snow, as if he had never left.
"I just... moved them to a safe place first." Roy's voice was indifferent, his gaze as cold as polar ice, exuding an air of condescending authority. "Next, it's our turn to settle the score."
"Fufufu...!!" Doflamingo was taken aback for a moment, then a savage grin appeared on his face. "Interesting!"
"Bullet String!" He flicked his fingers, and several threads wrapped in Haki tore through the air like sharp blades, heading straight for Roy's vitals.
"Swish!" Roy's figure flashed on the spot, and the next moment, he was gone, the bullet strings only piercing an afterimage.
"Behind you," a cold voice sounded like a nightmare.
Doflamingo felt a chill down his spine. Before he could turn around—
"BANG!!"
A heavy punch, coated in Armament Haki, slammed into his back. The massive impact sent him flying like a cannonball, crashing through several buildings. Snow and debris flew everywhere.
"Cough... damn it..." Doflamingo coughed up blood, wiped it away, the sinister look in his eyes growing even stronger. "Overheat!" He swung his arm violently, and a thick pillar of string whistled horizontally. Wherever it passed, streets and buildings collapsed, as if it were the end of the world.
However, facing this astonishing attack, Roy just raised his hand and slightly clenched his fist. "BOOM!" With one punch, he shattered the pillar of string. The powerful impact sent the snow on the entire street flying, and dust filled the air.
Doflamingo's pupils constricted, his expression no longer one of contempt. "Ordinary moves... are completely useless against him!"
He sneered, spreading his arms, and the ground beneath his feet began to tremble violently. "Awakening: Ever-White!" The entire island's ground, as if awakened, turned into a raging sea of strings. Countless giant, snake-like threads churned and coiled, frantically trying to strangle Roy.
"Swish! Swish! Swish!" Roy's figure flashed rapidly between the countless waves of string, precisely dodging each one, his steps like a phantom as he closed in on Doflamingo.
"It's useless! Inside the birdcage, you have nowhere to run!" Doflamingo laughed wantonly, his voice echoing in the snowy night.
"Is that so?" Roy smiled lightly, a sharp glint instantly appearing in his eyes.
"Six Powers Secret Technique: Instant Prison Collapse!"
"BOOM!!!"
The next second, Roy's figure became dozens of afterimages, like a demon on patrol, attacking Doflamingo from all directions at the same time. Each punch carried a devastatingly powerful Haki, the force of the punches tearing black cracks in the air, as if the very air were being shattered.
"What?!" Doflamingo's face changed drastically. He hastily wove a giant shield of strings to defend himself, but it was still pierced by several powerful punches, and he coughed up blood.
"Fuf... fufufufu...!!" He staggered back, his sneer laced with a tremor. "Monster... you really are a monster, Roy!!"
