This novel is about a virologist who faces an apocalypse and investigates the virus before it awakens. But when he realizes the severity of the virus, he tries to reveal the truth even at the risk of being silenced.

What the future holds is unknown, but it's possible he will play a role in the story like no one before him.

It's a spin-off from my novel, The Walking Dead: Visions of the Future.

This novel will consist of background chapters within the universe of the main novel and then present the perspective of a virologist who survives the zombie apocalypse.

The novel was intended to be short, simply to present a different perspective and narrative than the main novel, but I've already written 10 chapters, and the storytelling could be adjusted to participate in the post-apocalyptic future.

Although there will be connections to the main novel, this is essentially a separate story with its own story.
