The men stood awestruck. Before them was something the king and his guard couldn't believe.
"That is incredible." Flamma said first. But Prometheus composed himself before speaking.
"How did you manage to accomplish this? I can't believe it would have been easy achieving this feat." He said to Hades.
But his eyes were still clued to the sight before them.
"Your reaction is rather warranted. I cannot blame you for being so awed. My father, the God of time Chronos has started to break free. The giant you see is his true titan form. A power he lost access to before the titanomarchy." Hades explained the sight.
"He started exuding dark and uncontrollable power. It was driving every living... no. Everything with a mind and reasoning ability insane. It was heading for the Asphodel Meadows, so I had to do something. So I used that dark power to build this barrier." Hades paused with a little disappointed look.
"But this is a temporary. You can't freeze an ocean with an iceberg. But you can melt a glacier with the ocean. Though I possess limitless amounts of power and rule.in this domain, I can only but time to hold my father here as the outside world prepares."
"I hear you. But the burden will be too much on you. Hades the deathless. That's one of your titles. And you know... it's because you can't die. We can't have you living with such guilt." Prometheus said to the man and patted him on the shoulder.
"Is that your will? To stay with me even in inevitable doom and great regret. You must realise that you're the only one putting your life on the line?" Hades said, locking eyes with the man beside him.
"I won't die. As long as my children live, I am eternal. And I can't let anything hurt my children. That, I swear over my dead body." Prometheus swore with stern and unyielding tone.
Prometheus wasn't just a king and protector of humanity. He was the God responsible for the very existence of all mankind.
Among all deities, he was one most devoted to the mortals. He watched humanity grow and evolve.
Prometheus even went against the wishes of those of his kind. He protected humanity against threats beyond it. And he has never faltered even once.
Whenever it came to humanity, he did not cut any corners.
"So, what do you suggest we do?" Flamma asked from the side.
"We have to move him. Or we have to seal away this entire part and plane of the underworld." Hades suggested.
"Won't that disrupt the flow and balance of life and death?" Prometheus said.
"No risk is without sacrifice and merit. And I'm willing to face all consequences. But I'll need your help now that you're here." Hades said hopefully.
The man's earlier plan was far different from this one.
Originally, he was going to separate Chronos's body, conscious and power. Then he would erase this section of the underworld from existence.
That was of course wishful thinking. He wasn't certain that erasure would work to begin with.
Of course he did all that thinking. By all means, he wanted to leave behind the greatest asset to the universe even if what was his would be lost, time.
Along with it would be himself and his father. The universe would be forced into a state of imbalance.
"That... would be true. Time, is of the essence. Let us get started." Prometheus said.

Depths of Erythea.....
"My my my. And so it begins. Reality shall be flipped over on its head. And this time, I shall witness more destruction than a single planet." Hastur spoke alone in his cell.
His voice echoed across the corridors of the cells.
"Finally, Carcosa will be brought to life. I have to thank you, Chronos. With your loss, my freedom and victory are assured." Hastur continued.
The king in yellow laughed hysterically. His laughter echoing even louder.
.......
Lemuria, The royal capital Castle--
Armies lined up just outside the castle grounds inside the walls. They are fully armoured and ready for war.
Epimetheus came out of the castle. He rode on a huge tiger. His armour wasn't red like his soldiers. Rather, his was green.
"His majesty, my brother is absent. But his orders are still absolute. Right now, calamity is about to befall our world. It is our duty to face such threats. We will face foes like no other. Hence I advice you... fortify your minds, hearts and souls." Epimetheus stretched out his hand and a man walked out from behind him.
The man took off his helmet for all to see. He had a huge and strong looking physique. A bald head and deep brown eyes.
He had two large swords on his back.
"If you do that for me, I'll give you a strong leader into war. This is my right hand man, Beowulf. If you follow him, victory I'd inevitable. Now men, Will you ride with me!!?" Epimetheus said in a motivating tone.
The soldiers tapped the ground in a rhythmic manner. The echoes of clanking metal and armour responded to Epimetheus' words.
"Yeahhhhhh..!!!" The men all roared with cheers and pride.
Epimetheus smiled. Honor and and pride really was capable of leading men to ruin. One could even run headfirst into fire.
But then again, such is life.
The Prince on a tiger drew his sword. He raised it to the skies, then pointed out the gates of the castle.
"To war we March." He said. The soldiers started moving out.
Before the man could follow, a guard came rushing to him. The man even dripped and fell over. But then rushed over to Epimetheus.
"Your highness, an urgent matter requires you. The lieutenant has finally woken up. He asked for an audience with you." The guard reported.
Epimetheus thought for a moment before he jumped off the tiger.
He went to the physician's quarters where the lieutenant was falling over while forcing himself to walk out.
