Creeaak.
Staylie was ushered into the hotel room first by Karel, the place where they were staying now.
The girl flat out refused to sleep in a separate room from Karel. In fact... she didn’t even want to be in a different bed from him. Even though Karel had sincerely offered to order an extra bed so they could sleep apart—Staylie insisted, stubbornly, that they share the same bed. In the end, he gave in. There was no other way.
Not that he didn’t want to... But what if Karel lost control, huh?!
After they’d taken turns freshening up, Karel and Staylie were now ready for bed. They had arrived in Bangka Belitung at midnight—and time flew by so quickly—it was already 1 AM.
“You’re not sleepy yet, hmm?” Karel asked as they now lay facing each other.
Staylie shook her head slightly, her eyes still puffy from crying—she had even dozed off during the flight earlier. When she woke up, her eyelids and eye bags were all swollen.
