Less than an hour after Natalie tweeted her post, PureWhite dropped his second video:
[Unlocking the True Ending of Silent Hill!]
Just like last time, the moment the video went live, it exploded across the internet.
"Holy crap, it's him again!"
"PureWhite, you mad genius!"
"How the hell did you figure out the true ending already?!"
"Let's hear it for our man PureWhite!"
Once again, PureWhite had stunned the crowd, first to beat the game, and now the first to uncover its true ending.
Curious viewers rushed to click on the video.
"Hey everyone, I'm PureWhite!" he greeted, his excitement barely contained.
"At first, I thought I had everything figured out… But after seeing Natalie's post, I realized how wrong I was!"
"Yes! There really is a true ending! Thanks to her hint, I managed to reach it. And now, I'm going to show you all how it's done!"
The screen cuts to gameplay.
"Just like Natalie's tweet hinted, there's something that appears again and again in this game, something we've all been ignoring. That's… cockroaches."
"Yeah. The very first thing you see in the game is a cockroach crawling across the floor, but you don't give it a second thought. No one does."
PureWhite guides his character back into the endless corridor.
"But if you follow the cockroaches, you'll uncover the path to the true ending."
"Check this out, during the second loop, the bathroom door opens on its own. Look carefully… See that? A few cockroaches scurry out."
The viewers watched closely, eyes wide. It was true, just as he said, several cockroaches darted out of the bathroom.
They had been there before, but amid the tension and jumpscares, no one had paid attention.
"Now, we follow them."
PureWhite trails the bugs down the hallway. They scuttle into a corner, and there, hidden where they vanished, is a scrap of torn paper.
"See this? It's a hidden clue!"
He picks it up. It's a fragment of a photograph, and on the back, four ominous words are written.
[Do Not Trust Him.]
"Whoa…"
"So the cockroaches are actually guiding you to clues?!"
"That's some hidden trickery!"
"Who would've thought to follow cockroaches?!"
PureWhite nodded, continuing his breakdown.
"You guessed it. There are photo fragments hidden throughout the game, and by following the cockroaches in each loop, you'll find them all."
"In the first five loops, cockroaches appear once each time. Just trace their path."
He proceeds to demonstrate, fragments are hidden in all kinds of obscure places: behind mirrors, inside wall cracks, and behind peeling wallpaper.
Without the roaches, you'd never find them. But with this trick? Piece of cake.
Eventually, PureWhite gathered all five fragments and reached the sixth loop.
"Alright everyone, I've got all the pieces. Time to reveal the truth."
He crouches down and carefully assembles the torn photo.
The audience holds its breath.
Slowly, the image comes together, a happy family photo.
The male protagonist stands with his pregnant wife and daughter, all three of them smiling warmly at the camera.
There's no hint of hatred or resentment, just a peaceful, loving family.
On the back of the completed photo, the full message appears.
[Do Not trust Him/the man on/the radio./ Destroy it.]
"So... the real clue is telling us to destroy the radio?"
"Was the radio lying all along?!"
"Is this really what triggers the perfect ending?!"
As questions flooded in, PureWhite walked over to the radio.
The voice on the radio was mid-monologue.
"You were red with rage… You started drinking to forget…She had to work the night shift to make ends meet…"
Before the voice could finish, PureWhite grabbed the radio and smashed it into the ground.
CRASH!
Instantly, a piercing scream rang out, sharp, eerie, and unmistakably human.
"What the hell was that?!"
"Did it just scream?"
"That was the same voice as the radio guy!"
Then, silence.
PureWhite moved forward, and the audience noticed something strange.
The noose that had been hanging in the corridor? Gone. The stool beneath it? Also vanished.
And the lighting, had it changed?
"Wait... is the hallway brighter now?"
"There's light coming in through the windows!"
"The atmosphere, it's not so oppressive anymore."
"The world is already changing. And best of all… we're free." PureWhite commented.
He walked up to the front door, opened it, and blinding white light poured in.
No more endless corridor.
In its place: a foggy, deserted street, bathed in eerie silence.
Abandoned buildings. Flickering street lamps. Dense mist throughout the air.
"He really made it out…"
"I didn't think it was possible to leave the house!"
"Damn! This looks like a real city!"
"The modeling is insane, it's like a cinematic universe waiting to be explored!"
The screen faded to black, and new text appeared.
[New World Studio]
[Congratulations! You've unlocked the True Ending of the Beta.]
[To be continued…]
"So that's it, everyone. That's the perfect ending of 'Silent Hill PT'." PureWhite's voice returned.
"Now let me explain what we've just seen."
"Contrary to what the radio says, the male protagonist is not the killer. The real villain is the man on the radio."
"Think about it. The entire story of the murder comes only from the radio."
"It's the radio that reports the killing. It's the radio that provides the motive. And in the end, it's the radio that tells the protagonist to hang himself."
"All the clues come from one place. And once we destroy that source, everything changes."
"That photo we pieced together? The family looks happy. There's no trace of hatred."
"The message about not trusting the man on the radio. It all adds up."
"Wait, so we've been blaming the wrong guy the whole time?!"
"We got manipulated by the game itself! That's genius."
"This changes everything…"
"It's all psychological. It's Silent Hill mind games at their finest."
But PureWhite wasn't done.
"I have one last theory. In fact… I don't think there were ever any ghosts in that house. No creepy wife. No ghostly girl. The only ghost… was the radio."
To prove it, he started a new game.
No collecting clues. No following the process.
The moment he entered, he walked straight up to the radio, and smashed it.
Immediately, the dark corridor vanished. Light flooded the room. And when he opened the front door…
The gray city appeared once again.
"Boom. Perfect ending. No ghosts. No loops. No fear."
"WHAT?!"
"You mean we could've cleared it in like, one minute?!"
"We were all terrified for nothing?!"
Everything, the ghosts, the loops, the horror, it was all an illusion. As soon as the radio's gone, it all disappears." PureWhite laughed.
"So technically… if you know what to do, you can beat this game in 60 seconds."
"This is insane. The plot design is a 10/10."
"The radio wasn't just a source of story, it was the antagonist!"
"So much effort wasted fighting illusions…"
"This is storytelling on a different level."
As the video neared its end, PureWhite gave his final thoughts.
"This isn't just a game to me. 'Silent Hill PT' is a work of art."
"From today forward, I'm officially a fan of New World Studio. Whatever they release next I'm in."
With this second video, PureWhite didn't just dominate the gaming scene, he redefined how players saw Silent Hill.
This time, the horror wasn't what people talked about.
It was the story.
A 30-minute demo had managed to hide two complete narratives.
The surface story, a man murders his family and is tormented by their ghosts.
The hidden story, the man is innocent. The real villain is a ghost disguised as a radio, manipulating everyone.
Unless you dug deeper, you'd never know the truth.
But thanks to PureWhite, the players finally saw behind the fog.
And what they found was amazing.
