Method Madness

Okay so lets talk about it since I've now had multiple comments mention it. These particular things. This is a fanfiction, in the fanfiction section first of all, not news, not facts. Fanfiction. The purpose of fanfiction is to play around with a world, characters, or rules of a specific setting to however you'd like. If you go into fanfiction works expecting a carbon copy you are in the wrong place. Which brings me to my work, which is a fanfiction taking place in an alt earth with a different timeline.

1) Purely for convenience and ease of creation allowing me to choose projects for my MC that wouldn't work otherwise. And you can't sit there and say it's incorrect because it's not.

2) To play with the setting and worldbuilding a bit, i wanted actors to be treated like demi-gods, but it wouldn't have worked on our world so i chose a new timeline and parallel earth instead where i can play with the rules to my liking. Not factual enough for you? don't read a sub genre of fiction then.

Next, for those people complaining the MC has tattoos and you don't like it, then imagine someone else not hard. But if you have been complaining that the MC would have never been given a job because of said tattoos i refer back to my alt universe + fanfiction sentiment. And if that's not enough you are taking tattoos too seriously and need to chill out. At the end of the day the MC also has a system (which in case you were wondering also isn't real) but i don't see anyone complaining as much about a fictional system as i have about tattoos.

Finally, the lack of character for the MC was done on purpose. if you feel like you're simply reading the Joker for 40 chapters, to 90% degree you are and that is the point. The MC woke up with 0 memories. now if you believe in the soul (which is a premise in this novel), then a soul is and can be shaped by memories. Now what happens if i were to erase all your memories?

Now if i added the memories of the joker what would you be?

the joker, yes. Hence the 'Immersion %' by the system, he is 80% joker, what is left is that confused blank slate.

you will be getting more of actual Marcus Vale, but that will slowly come together as that is the premise of this novel. i didn't want to spoil so much but i kept getting asked.

Sorry for the rant, but I've had multiple of the same complaints or questions and i was getting tired of answering it over and over again so i made this.
