The blue-clothed man's picture scroll quivered as he spoke, until it suddenly opened up to reveal the painting of an extremely beautiful woman. She looked wealthy with a crown full of jewels on her head and looked to be middle age, and as the scroll unfurled, the painting shined before she abruptly walked out of the scroll with an indifferent expression, as though the painting were alive.

"Mother?" The dragon girl was surprised at seeing such a person and quickly bowed.

The woman looked to the dragon girl and sternly asked, "Yinzhu girl, you've been hanging around outside for a long while now. Why are you still not coming back to visit me?"

"Zhu'er…. I am seeking a present for Mother Your Majesty's birthday. Once I find it, I would naturally return…" the dragon girl hesitantly responded without even daring to raise her head.
