In a remote jungle nestled between Chu City and Whitewater City within the Da  Xuan Country, a thin and frail figure was leaning against a thick tree trunk.  Both of his legs were spread apart in a relaxed manner. 

This figure belonged to a thirteen or fourteen-year-old teenager. 

Aside from his unusually pale face, the boy had fairly common facial features.  His clothes were loose-fitting and a bright shining steel sword was carelessly thrown by his side.

"Although Sect Leader Nephew's words make sense, have you considered what kind of person Taoist Friend Yuanmo is? If he proposed such a suggestion, how could he not have some contingency plans? Moreover, from his earlier proposal, it was obvious that he had only disclosed a part of it. There must be some aspects that he has yet to reveal," Uncle Master Yan suddenly said with a smile.


"Does Uncle Master mean to suggest that Senior Yuanmo may possess a top-tier blood pact or something similar that could alleviate the concerns of our sects?" The Sect Leader of the Barbarian Ghost Sect, upon hearing this, was somewhat moved.


"Hehe, that's very likely. Otherwise, if Yuanmo, with his status, made such a suggestion and was rejected by the various sects, wouldn't it be a huge embarrassment? As for the truth, it's likely to be revealed during the next formal gathering of the Cloud River Sect Alliance." Uncle Master Yan confidently stated.
