TL's Intro：

Zhao Yao, the protagonist of the story, is the most ordinary man you could possibly imagine. Since graduating from college, he had been engulfed by his bureaucratic workplace and its toxic environment. To make things worse, he has neither a car, money nor a girlfriend. The only silver lining was his fat and lazy cat, Matcha, which provided a semblance of company and friendship.

However, things were about to change drastically for Zhao Yao and Matcha. One shooting star will transform their lives into anything but ordinary.

The young man Lin Chen brought with him came specially to find out about Zhao Yao's situation. It was impossible for them to simply turn back to Jianghai just because someone came up with some tricks to fend them off. That would have been equivalent to showing everyone that they were incompetent people.

Hence, he wanted to stop the other party from leaving. The least they could do was to find out whether that man was really Zhao Yao or not.

The young man and the hundreds of apostles under his lead emanated rays of brilliant light from their bodies, looking like miniature suns chasing after Zhao Yao.

The fog was torn apart and the waves started to rumble. Cyclones started forming from their bodies and spread out in all directions.

Lin Chen immediately covered his face with his arm as he felt the small ship rocking about in the turbulent waves, as if it would be overturned at any moment.
